A nerdy tip: It's better to wear your glasses over your helmet straps instead of under them, in case something happens it can easily fall off and away instead of partially shattering and hurting your face. (Oh damn, I can actually give people some advice already with my nine months of cycling 😆listening to hours and hours of podcasts pays off!
