Okay, so this is the second day of testing three-speak live streams. I might start making these in the morning. It gives me a quick way of kind of letting people know what I'm working on, and also I can test the progress on three-speak, right? So it works both ways. Some people may have noticed I haven't been online as much, I mean, not on Discord, and that's because I've been getting myself some gigs, some work outside of Hive for obvious reasons, which, of course, means that I've been working on Hive very late, that's why I look so tired. And I wanted to let people know, there's progress still happening on Snappy, on Hive. There's a few things that I'm working on at the same time. Of course, with Tip Fox, we've been changing the back end to add new features to 3-Speak. This is one of them. This was, I think, one of the coolest things that's released so far, because now we have live streams, but we're now depending on a third-party provider. But on top of that, of course, I've been trying to get snappy up to what I think would be the the standard needed for a hive front-end. And I am, of course, referring to Snappy I-O. Because this is something that it's kind of the Montague Group working on. Improvements of Snap on Snappy also reflect on Tris Peak and vice versa. So one of the things I'm sure going to add very, very soon is the ability for you to go live like this, also from Snappy, are going to have a sit down with. Tip Fox about how we could do it. Since Snappy is short form focused, maybe it has to be an announcement as a Snap. Again, I have to discuss it with him. Or maybe it could show a list somewhere on the menu, on the top, or something who is live, so you can go to the actual post. Maybe that makes more sense. But again, this is a design thing that I think I need to discuss with tips. So let's see what we can do. But this, due to constraints, obviously, we are kind of getting the last drop, if you will, of our infra. It's going to be a somewhat controlled feature. In other words, it's not going to be fully open to everybody. Anybody will be able to stream, but limited in length, and then we'll see how it goes. That said, if it starts to pick up, and there's a lot of people streaming, a lot of people doing these short sort of videos, maybe doing Q&A, that means we have a good problem. That means we are on the way to adoption. Also, another thing I want to say about live streams, because this was built on top of open pods. also known as Hangouts, snappy Hangouts, you have the ability to receive boosted messages here as well. So, think of them like super tests, just like you do on open pods. The difference would be that here, at least as of now, you cannot bring people on an open pod. So if you're hosting, I don't know, like a podcast or an interview or something of the sort. an open pot would be more suited for that inside Snappy. But I guess that's something I could discuss with tips to see if, you know, if we could integrate that part too, because that's already wired in to the open pots. Regarding Snappy Mobile, a few people have told me, and Mondo Sean 1, shout out to Mondo because he said it, my wife was another person, that they don't really like how Snappy Mobile is displaying trending snaps. because they're going all the way to the top and it kind of feels like they don't go away. So there's a few things I'm going to be adding. I already have the start of these improvements. One of them is going to be the ability for you to filter by hashtags. So that means that if, for example, you don't want to see any hashtags about Bosch or you don't want to see hashtags about Hype Grove, you would be able to select a list of hashtags or write them down. a filtered out snaps. That way you, you know, I guess your screen doesn't get cluttered with things that don't interest you, but also, which I think is more important, you're not muting people that, that maybe you like, but they're just every now an impulse and stuff that annoys you. So that, that is already, I'm probably going to push it today, later on today, and it's got to be free to. set up on inside settings, set up what hashtags you don't want to see on your feed. Not regarding trending, let me go back to that, I'm being, I need more caffeine, I guess it's the morning. I feel, and I agree, that it kind of seems cluttered. In SNAPIIO, trending is in the first, I guess you could say, 20, 30 snaps. but it's not altogether, and I think that makes a big difference. So I am going to reduce the amount of trending posts on Snappy Mobile, but I'm not going to limit it. Because the point of trending is for people to find it, even if they're not looking for it. And the reason why I hope people are tolerant of this while I fine-tune it, make it less annoying, is that one of the features that I want to incorporate it, and I think it makes a lot of sense also as a revenue model. is the ability for you to buy yourself promotion slots inside of training. There would be clearly tagged as promotion, but, and it will be a market, meaning, like, more people, there's too many people promoting stuff, then it would get more and more expensive. It's something already working on, but it's becoming a lot more complex than I imagine. So the market itself controls the amount of people that are promoting stuff, and you don't get just ads, in other words. But it is a revenue model I want to build for Snappy, which is why I'm kind of fine-tuning this a little bit more. What else is on the roadmap? I have been using Hivecom to qualify post, and it works okay. I'm not going to say it doesn't. I think it doesn't like me, though, because everything I write it says negative. But one of the things that it cannot do, and this is by design, it cannot qualify snaps because snaps are commons. So one of the things I'm experimenting with, and this is becoming quite difficult, is running a small AI model. It's like a 3 billion parameter model quantized, so Q4. to do a basic analysis of SNAPs. And this is kind of working. Sometimes it just goes a little psychotic. And then I'm going to end up creating what I would call an enriching database that would grab SNAP links and then add actual hashtags that make sense to that link and then be able to create custom feed. That's the idea. But I'm experimenting with a few tiny models. I started using Lama, and I think it's the best one so far, but I also tried Jemma, and that didn't go that well. And then I tried another one that I read, released by Deep Seek. I can't even remember right now, I need more coffee. And that one didn't even, it was 10 minutes and then spat out a bunch of garbage. If you know of a small AI model that I can use for this, and it has to be small because I'm going to be running it on one of the VPSs that I have and it's shared resources, so I can't have it eat up all the resources. Let me know if you have a better idea with that. But I think it's something very much needed if we are going to have anything resembling custom feeds. have to have AI qualified. This is something that I think that bugs fixed beautifully for ThreeSpeak, because when you vote, you can actually, on the video, you'll be able to do this one, by the way, you can more or less select what the video is about, which helps categorize the video correctly. But I doubt people are going to be doing that for snaps. Seems like too much work for, you know, sometimes just a meme. So I think it's a good job for AI, but tweaking that, you know, making sure that you can do it with a small model that doesn't consume a lot of resources. That is a difficulty of the trick. Anyways, regarding other stuff, we are, I think we are getting ready, regarding other stuff, regarding crypto, I guess that should specify. I think we're getting ready to go to the ugliest part of it all, the biggest leg down on Hive. The chart doesn't look great. And nobody follows me for tweeting advice. I'm just kind of giving people my two cents. And I think right now it's going to be one of those moments where it's going to really show people's colors. And the only reason why I say this, and I've written them out and not say in this video, is because I want to remind everybody that we're all... I don't know, and just together, and do not let that anguish, desperation, that fear bring out the worst in you. And by all means, we should be discussing what you can do to turn things around, whatever is within our control we should be doing. But it's not very helpful to attack each other with ad hominums and not addressing the issues and that kind of stuff. Another reason why I'm not too much in Discord these states is too much drama for me. It's not my thing. Not anymore, I guess, when I was younger, maybe.
