Hello, following the first tutorial I made about and as I had said here his the second part where I dig more deeply into the market creation side of the website. As mentionned in the video, if you ...

Hi everyone, today a new video about Hive Predict. A few days ago, I did the first episode where I presented you the market activity in a few other sections, and I didn't yet talk about activity and lead the board and create market, so let's do that quickly today. Let's start with activity. This is more like a tool if you start using HivePredict a lot, because here you're going to see every... everything that has been done in the few forever on the website, basically. So you're going to ask why this useful. First of all, here you're going to find on the notification section every bet that you've done and how they ended up. That is good to have an overview of your bets, but this allows you to have an overview on the resolution of bets you didn't place. Also, when I... check the platform for the first time every day, I go to activity, and that way I can see if new market has been created by users and not by Hive predict themselves. Also, this can help you. Let's say I wake up and I see that this user have placed three huge bets, I mean, $5 each time on different... bets and then I can go there and enjoy liquidity to place another huge bet. And there you see a few small bets and you can go there and play the small bets. So this is a great tool if you want to bet against other users. Then you have to lead the board. Not really useful, if I can say. It's more of a fun statistical feature. You can see people by profit. by volume and creator based on volume on the prediction markets, as well as XP. It's not really useful, but it's always fun to compare yourself with order based on what you did on the platform. Here you also have tipping, which basically allow you to bet on a lot of different options. So basically what it does is you will have a set of events. NBA match, for example, you pay 25 high, you enter, and then you're going to select which winner for each match, and then at the end, the higher on the ladder you are, the more reward you will get. basically the price pool is 95% of the total of every entry fee. Problem is that no one really plays there for the moment. I'm not really much of a sport better myself, so I don't really join, and especially there need to be at least 5% that joins, so for the moment it didn't happen yet. But yeah, feel free to join or tell your friends about it. It also count towards the referral rewards, so you should do that. Also, I got the question on the last episode, how to check your bets and how to check your referral link. If you go here on your profile and click on my bets, you will see the list of all your open position. That was a question that was asked. So you can see everything. where you have bet on what side did you bet, and the possibility if you win, how much you will receive, and when it resolves. And there you have the little diagram of the profit and loss, but I already told you about that. And here all down, you have this referral link, which allow you to get 90%. a share of the reward, a share of the fees, your referee pays for the 90 days after the first bet, and also they get a share back. So it's a win-win situation. As always, the link is in description. Feel free to go click it out. And now, I think the part that interests all of you the most, the create market. So the thing is, there is three different types of markets that we will check today. First one, I mean first and second are the most easily because you can settle them automatically. So let's say you want to create a bet about a price. Let's say, yeah, let's take Bitcoin. At the time of the video, we are on the 20 of October, 2006. and I want to bet if Bitcoin will be above $100,000 on 010,000, 2027. So basically if at a new year, so you get to enter the information, you simply put the price based, I mean, the currency, you have a lot of different selection, whether crypto, a precious metal, then the second one, variable that you can choose is if the price will be at or above, at or below, above or below. Here, you put the price, and the date of resolution. Please note that you can also do automatic resolutions for minus 10, minus 5, plus 5, and plus 10%, how it works. You simply click on it, and then you will see the price. So this is because when you open a market, to be able to bet it, you will see the current price and price at resolution, and it will give an estimation on how much the price need to rise for the bet to win or decrease. In my case, I don't care, I want it to be $100,000. Oops, little brave ads. And then you don't really need to do everything else. You can go in advanced. and have a few templates which will allow you to do how to say that yeah basically instead of betting on one currency you will be able to bet on a lot of different stuff i will let you i will let you explore all the details of that if you really want me to explain every one of these categories please tell me so For example, you can play hive's momentum and we'll include, for example, splinterland, etc, etc. But anyway, I just wanted, wait, that's not what I want to do, so we'll just reset the market to do it new for the example. 01027. Now you're going to go click on Next. Now, what you want to do is select your coin. So most of, for the moment, most of the time, the token selected is Hive or HPD. But you are free to use any Hive engine coin. on average people don't really do that. But, for example, this could add a use case to stable coins, I mean stable currencies like ETSI, which are backed by one hive each, and yeah, basically work like one hive. Yeah. Then you are going to open the bet on one side. Let's say I put above, and then there is a little resume of this. Verify that it is exactly what you want. Click on Create Markets. Confirm. Then you will have to wait a few seconds that the transaction is booked inside of the blockchain. and boom, it appears already. Now you can see that basically if you bet on yes, you will get no payout for the moment because no one bet it on no. And also if you want to get a reward as a creator of the market, you have to place a bet on both sides, of a minimum of one hive per side, and the smallest side can only be half the biggest side. I cannot, if I put three hive here, I will not get creator reward. To still get create a reward, I will place two hive here, one hive here. To confirm, and now you will get 1 % of every bet on the losing side. So basically, 33% of the whole platform fees. Now you can do more or less the same with any sport event. You have a really, really long list of different possibilities. Let's say I want to play on the EuroLeague. You can select whatever you want, a match winner, a spread over under every possibility. Most of the time it's a match winner. You can select if you want overtime or not. You can select the date where the trading closes, and then simply, I had a little problem, I had to refresh the page, but yeah, simply select the leak, the fixture, what you want to be able to bet on, you look at the preview, does it look like what you want, and then you click on next. and you do just like before, you select the token, stack cape, opening bet, you select which one you want to. Here you have the details of the commission as a market maker, which can, if you want to check these again. You create a market, wait for the blockchain to index the transaction. As before, bot up. bet on both sides. For sure, I will include these two bets in the description. Feel free to place little bet. Now, the third type of bet, which I think is the most interesting one, because if you want to bet on a price, you can simply buy long or short of the active. It's a match, I mean, there's already plenty of other ways to sports bet. but on anything else I think it's really interesting because it allows you to have a way to bet on real-life events without a QIC. So how can you create something like that if you want? Let's take a polymarket one that already exists. That way we will be able to have a good example of what to do. So, for example, I want to be able to bet on what the Fed will decide in October. You can either have a yes-no, or you can say 25 BPS cut, no cut. In this case, it's better to have multiple options. In that case, you can simply pot all the different options possible. and simply separate them with one line. I'm just going to go clean up that quickly. I did a bit cleaning so the copy paste works correctly. So now what is going to be interesting is the category. In our example, we can set that on politics. It's economy as well. When will we know? That's a good question. For example, in that case, as you can see in the rules created by UMA, you can see that a meeting is scheduled for 27, 28 of October. Since this will be manually validated, I'm going to put 29th of October to let the bit of time to the admins to settle it. Then I invite you, if it's something original, to... write it yourself or ask AI to do it, to not forget something. But this rules is really important because it has to cover every possibility. So yeah, maybe, especially if it's the first time you do one, ask an AI to help you to assist you with the rules writing context. It's optional you don't have to pot it. I don't early resolution. And yeah, trading close time, let's say I don't want people to be able to trade it more than three days before, three days before. You open the next one, and just like for a normal bet, you have to place to hold at least one hive on every outcome, and your smallest side is at least half of your largest. So in that case, I would have to beat one hive on each of the sides. I don't. I will not do that. But yeah, it was to show you how you open a multi-option market or a normal market that is not, that is everything except automated market. You confirm transaction. wait for the blockchain to index the transaction, which doesn't take long. And here you are, you already created three markets really quickly, and you now know how to use HivePredict completely. I don't think there is anything left to cover. If you still have any question, feel free to ask in the comment of the section of the video.
