All right, so today, what days today? I can't even think right now, but this is Hangout number five, I think. February 22nd, 2006 of Montequia Soft. As you can see, I got new glasses on. My mom gifted me these yesterday, so I don't have to use old lady glasses anymore. So this is good stuff. And they're actually perfect. So now I can see, you have a pimple right there, Eddie, I can see it. So it's good stuff. It's been a really awesome week. There's been a lot of progress, of course, and we're going to talk about all that stuff. There's also been some things that we've been doing outside of what we are building for Hive. Maybe Kessel would want to share about that later. But I've got to tell you guys, I feel, of course it's not financial advice, I feel that things are about to turn around. I just, I have this gut feeling. It's almost like, I'm not a trader, so nobody listen to what I'm saying, I said, oh, yeah, this guy's a trader. But I'm looking at what's happening with the alt market and looking at the volumes of, especially Hive, which is the one that we deal with the most. And it looks like the sellers are basically done. Obviously, this could turn around tomorrow, something could happen, you know, and this video is not really about trading. But because we rely so much on development, on the cost of high for development of Mantegia Soft projects, that's why it's relevant to the conversation. I want to give a shout out on this video to, they call me Dan, and also to stalkers, because this week they've... given us, I mean, they've always been given us a bunch of support, but this week they give me and Tip Fox some delegations so that we can, we can somehow, some way, cushion the current situation a lot more. I know, okay, so you had one already, Eddie had one already, so now I have one, and Tipbox has one, so the whole team now has delegations from, they call me Dan and Stockers, and I want to, and I want to put it in a video to say that I'm grateful for that, because obviously they don't have to do it, but I'm, I'm very grateful that they are. they're doing that and so is tip uh tip fox won't be joining us today i think he he's i don't know if he's taking a vacation or something but i think it's related to his girl maybe they were having a anniversary or something like that so he might not i don't think he's going to join maybe he'll surprise us and join uh but there's a lot of stuff that he's been doing and maybe i'll i'll brush up on it a little bit um just so that people know what what's happening but It would only be fair that he is the one to present it. Maybe he'll make some videos about it later. And yeah, so that being said, I don't know, Eddie, if you want to get started to what you've been doing this week, and then we'll go from there. But I have not been doing great reports. So some of the stuff that I'm going to be talking about in this video, I have not made a report for Eddie, so hopefully by this conversation, you know. will get said. But if you want to get started, Eddie, with what you've been working on. Yeah, we can still do the report later today. You can send me what you have, and I'll arrange it, and we will do something. Maybe we will do a more casual report instead of more technical with technical words. But this week, I was, at the beginning of the week, I was very busy helping TIP Fox test what he was doing, which... As you said, he might be able to make a video next week about this. But basically, and some people may have noticed already, we now basically have, for the new videos on Trispeak, we have captions or subtitles. Well, captions. Of course, they are not perfect yet. We are using some AI models to do the transcript. But we have a server, we have like somewhat of a beefy server, which is a server where I also have my encoder. And what I can say is that Tipox did the code, and I, with Docker, I was able to install it. It was a bit of a challenge for me because I'm not yet to familiarize with this tools, but I'm still learning a lot. But we were able to successfully put the translation. This includes the translations of the comments on the shorts and the translations on the comments on normal videos. and it includes the captions. But of course, it's like an extra encoding process, if we can call it that, it's like an extra process that videos have to go through. Does this mean that your video, to your old video has captions? No. It means that your new video, after it gets published, it will be processed, and we will have captions also depending on some stuff. And also this can mean that, People that do videos in Spanish, for example, if they speak well enough and they pronounce well in Spanish, the English is going to be, the people that speak English are going to be able to watch their videos. So that's something that people have been asking to do on Trisic, and now with these tools and with TikToks and with this thing, we have been able to... to make it with the Mantequilla. We have added more butter to it, and now we have achieved that, and it's pretty exciting. Other things that I did, I can mention it, which is not yet, maybe after this, we can add butter to that, and we can release it, but I can talk about that, too. You've been working on the monitor as well, so. Yeah, as you may know the people that are active uploading videos on Trispeak, on the new Frontet, we have, like, a dashboard, a monitor where you can check the process of the encoding of the videos. And so far, it was just showing when the video was completed, and the process, and if it failed or didn't fail, now almost never they fail, always they go through. Even if they fail, there's a way to afford them, and people don't have to re - upload the video, so that's very good. So, but what I did is that I improved the UI a little bit, and I added that now it will also tell you which is the status of the video, not of the job, because that, before the monitor only showed the status of the job, it will now show you which is the status of the video. if the videos is scheduled and during which date, if the video is in published manual, which is how Essencey does it, if the video, maybe they deleted the video and the video is deleted, it will tell you the status of the video. Maybe there are some improvements, yet. And also, another thing, you may have noticed that on the analytics page, the encoders only showed the jobs for the last seven days. If you go, if you went... to, if you go to 30 days or to 90 days, it will still show seven days only. And what I did is that it now shows the total jobs of the last 30 days and the last 90 days also. What is our average per month in videos? Like 5,000? Because the price of five has been going down, it has gone down, and that's, sadly, it's a metric that If the price is lower, there are less videos. Right now, per week, I don't have it right here because I had it in another computer and I haven't decoded. But right now, it's around 350 videos per week. So the average could be, and at one point we were at 500 videos per week when the price was recovering a little bit. So maybe around, the average could be around... was 1,500, 1,500, more or less, could be around that, 1,500. That, you know, that said, it is, of course it's connected to the price of hive, but at the same time, we are not tracking in the analytics, we're not really tracking shorts. Oh, yeah, I added that part, but we are not that, I have done that, but now you can see the rating of the shorts, and they can go watch the shorts on snappy.io. I've added that, too. Awesome, yeah, yeah. So, so, but let me explain this well so that people get it. We basically have two uploading mechanisms, one, which is basically modeled after the legacy uploading system, and follows the same process to where... You upload first, then the server, you know, then the service creates a job, then the job then is encoded by one of the decentralized encoders that are technically all over the world. Then it comes back, then it gets put into our database, and with all the information required, then there's a script that comes and publishes it to Hive. And of course, if it's scheduled, you know, then it... it will wait for the for the date to be correct and all and stuff. So that is the old way of doing it. Obviously, when I, the second thing I did when I came to work with Eddie was changing the upload system because it was having a lot of issues, a lot of fails. So now we have a staging server, which is what I call, and it's the one that handles the uploads and they're temporary and they get deleted afterwards and all and stuff. So we're now wasting money by storing. temporary files. So now that is taken care of. But one of the challenges that we have with this system is that it requires you to have, to give posting authority to three speak, which some people are comfortable with, most people are comfortable with, but some people don't like it. And they're like, oh, I don't want to get posting authority to anybody. So there's a separate system, which I call the embed video system, and maybe it's a misnomer. I'm going to go ahead and say that, because all videos can be embedded. But they're just, it's just a different collection of videos. And you can, you upload to this service, and it gives you a link, and that link you can put it anywhere. And it's not connected to a post. So the idea of this system is that not only we can use it for 3Speak, and we are currently using it for shorts on 3Speak, but you can use it anywhere. So, like, if you had a blog on WordPress and you were like, oh, you know, I want to have, I want to upload my own videos, maybe you're... a controversial content creator because you're reporting on something controversial, something that maybe the government won't like too much. So you need a censorship-resistant way of uploading videos, because if you upload them on the big platforms, they'll get deleted. So maybe that service will be for you. That way you can integrate it into your platform, into your blog, upload videos, and you have a link that you put anywhere you want, and it works. Now, those... because it's a separate system, parallel system, separate system, those videos don't get, currently don't get tracked in analytics. So, in other words, those videos do not go through the same encoders. We have a more controlled, I don't know, maybe this is ugly to say, but it's more controlled flow for coding. So where the videos that go through this new system, get sent to three encoders currently, which is the Eddie encoder, the snappy encoder, and the butter encoder, that's it, just three, in a round robin setup, and then they get published on whatever you want. So once you get the link, you put the link anywhere you want, and if the video is not ready, I'll tell you it's processing, if it's ready, I'll show you the video, and if you delete it, they'll show you an animation of deletion, deleted, or if it fails, so it'll show you an animation of failure. Obviously, this system is, in my opinion, a lot easier for everybody. So one of the things that we've been discussing and we want to do is maybe have the other high front-ends use that system, so they don't have to go through the whole process, you know, going through the encoders, all the stuff, and getting scheduled and Chrome jobs, and, you know... We don't handle any of that. They handle all that stuff themselves, scheduling. It's up to them. With, of course, an understanding and an agreement on beneficiary rewards, which, of course, need to go back to 3-Speak for the cost of infra and what have you. So that's one of the things that is pending. But because we're not tracking analytics on those videos, and this is where I really wanted to land, it might seem also like there's not a whole lot of users, but it really 3-Speak has been picking up on users. and I can prove it easily by counting not only the legacy videos, but also the shorts. So it might be to where we were averaging, I don't know if these numbers are true, but you tell me, Eddie, if I'm crazy, that we were averaging 500 videos per week, right? Maybe 500-something, and right now we're in the 300th, but it might be that we have another 200-plus videos on shorts. Yeah, it could be. We don't have to build those analytics as well. Obviously put it on the to-do list. Like a thousand. Yeah, and another thing that I want to mention regarding that is that the site called Monitor.prisprisprick.tv is just a frontent from taking from, it's a fork that I made from Gateway slash Monitor.3Speak.tv, that's the one you did. What I try to do, or what I'm doing is to make it a little bit more pretty, a little bit more, but... You made some changes in your version, and your branch, so to speak, and mine was said Ido like since November, and you made some changes last month or in January. So my challenge was how to sync those changes. So what I did is that I created a new branch called Monitor Sync, to sync the changes. And first, I merged those changes, and on the new... monitor sync branch, I added the actual things that I added, and now I resolved the conflicts, and now we have just to merge that to main, so monitor.3Spep.tv has all the changes, including yours. So it was a bit of a challenge. I spent all day, yesterday, working on that, but I was able to, I was able to achieve it. It's already... You have, I send it to you if you can just check it or we just say, hey, it doesn't matter, let's merge it. YOLO? But I don't know. You want to yolo it? Yeah, maybe jollo it, but no, it seems that GitHub is telling me that there are no conflicts and that it's safe to merge. but it would be nice if you could if you could check it and maybe run it locally. It was a challenge to just put the live data on local hosts, but I was able to achieve it with. Of course, with help of our good friend CloudCode, which I'm paying the $20 version at the moment, and I almost run out of the weekly credits are ready, and we are on Sunday, and they reset on Friday. I have to say, I had no idea that was such a big difference. I'll tell you guys something related but unrelated to Montefi. I will reveal what this is later, not in this video. But one of the apps that I'm building with my brother requires the usage of something called Firebase. I don't know if you guys know what that is, but it's basically like a real -time communication protocol. That's the way you can think about it. If you have an app that requires real -time updates, let's say that you're using push notifications, which is, I guess, the most common one. And kind of like an essence, when somebody replies to you or they send you money, it'll show up. Even if your phone is on your pocket, it'll show up, let go, new transfer, all that stuff. So in order for you to do push notifications, you have to use a few services. One of them is Firebase. They have to be approved by the store, so it's not something that you and I can say, oh, let's, you know, let's make our own. They have to be approved by the store. And obviously for security reasons. So we are using Firebase, and I've been struggling with it quite a bit. Sometimes it works amazing, and I'm using it for a few hours. I'm like, oh, I got it. This is perfect. And then all of a sudden stops working, and I cannot figure it out. And this issue I've had for two weeks now. that those USETs you send me and I bought also credits on Cloud Code. I said to Cloud Code yesterday as I am getting ready to close my laptop accepting defeat. I explained to Cloud Code my issue. The context, and I gave it like all the logs that I had, and it's like, oh, look, and it's not communicating all stuff. Now, one thing I did notice, and I don't know if this is because of the tier that I'm in or it's just normal for Cloud Code, it took a really long time. Like, it was working for a good 30 minutes. And it had, like, all these funny things where it said, combobulating, pondering, synergizing, all the... It's the... It's some really funny stuff saying that it was doing. And then it found the bug. It found the bug, corrected it, and it worked, and I'm like, what? And it blew my mind, because I... It was just a few lines, but it... In my case, it took, like, 10 minutes, like... times like trying to figure some things out, like 10 minutes, like, pulls straight. Yeah, so it seems to be slower. But it worked. I tried it with warp, you know, that I've tried warp. Yeah. To me, and with warp, I was able to do some things, but not all. What, Kese? Is it Cloud, Cloudy, who's 4.6, that you tried, that you feed for? No, actually, I used cloud CLI, which is the terminal version of cloud. So it's not inside a VS code, which is usually what I use. It's a CLI. You can put an extension and not the same thing on like a terminal. You can add the cloud extension, the official one, and use it on VLC. That's what I'm using. That I told you I bought some credit. Yeah, yeah, I bought some credit of $55. I bought it out within just three days. Are you using the API? Because that is more expensive. If you use API, they can run out faster. Yeah, amazing the API. When you download the extension, you connect it to RTP, something, blah, blah, like that. So inside. Looks like you see a line. But you can connect your Anthropic account. You just have to have the Pro version. Yeah, the atropical account, that's what I connected, yes. So it burns so, so, so fast. Yeah. Here's a little, if you are on a shoestring budget like I am, here's a little trick that works really good for me. I spend quite a bit of time. I've said this in another video, so I'll say it again for those who follow this and maybe want to. get into using AI as a partner for coding. I use in VS Studio 90% of the time, 90% of time, I use cloud haiku. It's 0.33 of, you know, so in VS code, you have what it consumes. So like if you have a 3X, which would be, Ola Gris, which would be like a very expensive. API call, I guess you could say. And that's Opus, for example. There's the ones that you get for free with your VS, with your co-pilot subscription. And I say for free because they're included within your $40 or $10, chat GPTs and all and stuff, which, honestly, in my opinion, they're almost useless. Almost. If you're doing like basic scripting, maybe they're fine, but they hallucinate quite a bit. you know, and they'll give you like answers like, yeah, I use this line. I was like, that doesn't exist. I mean, I'm pretty... But that's with copilot or with Cloud haiku works really good for me. Okay. So I use it 90% of time. I do a lot of planning before doing anything. And then once I have a plan and I still... Do you switch to the other model? Yeah, then I can switch to another model for implementation, so it's more careful and doesn't corrupt stuff, you know, but... But that one works the best. It's that way I get my money's worth, because it's one month for it to reset. So, what is it in? 22nd? I'm at 80%, so I got 20% left of my co-pilot, which I think I'm going to make it this month. There's been months where I go like 99 .9, and I'm like, okay, resets at midnight. All right, I'll call it a day. but I haven't gone over yet, so I think it, so my technique works pretty good. But Cloud and the CLI seems to just be better. I don't know, I couldn't tell you exactly why. So I'm going to give it to BlockTrades because he's the one that said this. Because I've been looking for this bug, again, I'll make it a point again. I've been looking for this bug for weeks. Now, I could not find it. And Cloud CLI. you know, whatever difference it is, I have no idea. Figured it out. One of the 10 years, one of the 10 years, I have made my own, my own special experiment on it. I've been working with TIGVT, the 5.5 .1 or something. I'll run into it, both, right? In fact, I will prompt the exact issue, right, and stick and fix it. until the day, I just picked…
