deserve affection that is not used as leverage. A lot of men end up in relationships where basic affection and intimacy, only something he receives when he performs or on his birthday or Christmas. Anytime he speaks up or tries to set boundaries about something that he wants, it's taken away immediately. Man receiving affection in relationships is bare minimum. There's toxic women out there who like to use intimacy. who force him to comply to her ridiculous demands when arguments or even avoid accountability she uses it as a bargaining chip because she knows deep down she's okay without it but he isn't oh well man quickly notices when he's just being tolerated and he's not actually desired for who he is causes long-term damage in your relationship even if you don't think it does. He stops trying, he stops initiating, he stops opening up. And then you wonder why your relationship has gotten so boring. He becomes overly compliant, and then you don't, and then you install his manhood because you don't feel like he's leading.
