So, the reason I'm doing this as an audio podcast of sorts, instead of typing this out, is because I don't think what I'm going to discuss will come across the best in, through text. I think, I think this is something that I want to discuss with you guys, and I feel a lot better actually talking. this out, hashing out ideas, let's say. So this is, this is Django's thoughts, my little podcast of sorts here on the blockchain. We talk about a variety of topics when I do these little audio recordings. It can be blockchain related, but today it is going to be theology. It's going to be a little bit of Bible. It's specifically discussing the kingdom community here on the blockchain. I'm approaching a little milestone that I really set up for this community a while back, and that was to get 350 subscribers to the community. Now, if you've been around the blockchain for any amount of time, there's a few things. One, the blockchain is pretty agnosticly kind of centric overall. I wouldn't call, I wouldn't call people here atheist. more agnostic I've found over the years. Now, there is certain pockets on the blockchain that are Christians, some are different faiths, you know, but generally, when people come to crypto or a crypto environment, you know, Web 3 or whatnot, theology is definitely not one of the hot button topics. With that, it's a lot harder, I think, to attract, activity here in this community. Now, that being said, you know, if I was a whale and I had, you know, 100, 200,000 hive power and I'm upvoting people for created in the community, I think that would do a lot. I think there would be a lot more activity. But even with that overall, this has never really been a popular topic spoken about on chain. And I don't do this to become popular. I don't do this to, uh, I do this to spread the gospel. I do this to talk about God. That's, that's all, it's his glory. This is why I set this up. I wanted a kind of a place where we could all get together, you know, believers, people that had questions, skeptics even, and we could just discuss our faith. And, um, it's been great. Like, it's, it's, it's, I, I think it's fantastic. I've seen a lot of people, you know, read what I've written and listen to what I've spoken about over the past year or so. And it's a slow grind because 350, we're at 349 right now, so we need one more subscriber. Hopefully maybe by the time we're done this, we'll have that 350th subscriber. But overall, like I was saying, Not the most popular topic on chain. With that, combined with the fact that, you know, I upvote content, but my upvote is worth six cents right now. So it's not like people are rushing to get an upvote from Django. But it's still a community, I think, that has a lot of potential for growth. I think there's always been a home on Hive. The Christian Trail tag, that's been around since day one. There used to be this thing called Steam Church that used to have discussions, and there was a pretty big community, active community. Now, this is in the heyday of the blockchain when, you know, it didn't matter. You could talk about frogs, and you'd have 20,000 people show up trying to get up votes. But overall, I think the kingdom caters to a Christian community here on chain. I don't want it to, I want to attract everyone here. I want to, you know, obviously, I want to do the Matthew 28 thing. I want to go out to the world and spread the gospel. But it's still relatively small. So, this is kind of what I wanted to talk about, because we're 350... subscribers into this. Now, you know, there might be 20 active posters in the community, and obviously I think the more upvotes, the more activity you get, the numbers will go up. But as I'm hitting this 350th, not me, I mean, the community, I'm trying to figure out what are some ways that we could really spice it up here? and I'm putting it out there for people. What are some ways we could raise awareness for this community? What are the ways that we could generate more excitement here? I was just talking to some people in the Discord. That's one thing. If you haven't joined the Kingdom Discord, make sure you do. Link will be in the blog post, in the podcast, sorry. But I put it out there. Like, you know, can we do like... live streaming Bible studies or something, you know, one day a week, you know, and obviously, you know, time schedules are crazy for everyone, and this is a global community, but maybe we could set something up where we pick a topic. And we, verse by verse, we go through it. And we just, we can have open format, we can have open question and answer. The things I can do, I can definitely commit to one day a week, creating one of these and putting it out there for people. The other thing I definitely could commit to is sending SBI tokens to people. SBI tokens would be kind of like a benefit for being active. So the more active you are in the kingdom, the more SBI tokens I would send out, I can do that. But I'm just trying to generate, you know, attention to this community, generate excitement, get more people. talking about the kingdom and joining the kingdom and posting to the kingdom. You know, if you're a whale that happens to listen to this and you want to support a budding Christian community on chain, delegation would be awesome. I would definitely like to upvote more people here on chain, or even just upvoting people that are posting to the kingdom. That would be awesome. But I think all of that is secondary from the fact that the community, you know, we need to be more active. We need to figure this out how to, how, you know, is, is this something that we all believe in? Is this something we can, we can see growth in? That's, that's my, my pitch. My pitch to you guys is, you know, there's certain things I can do, but I want to hear what you guys think. Like, do you think this is a good idea? Like, a one day a week kind of question and answer Bible study? you know, I don't know what kind of platform we could, I don't, I don't even know. what's like a live streaming platform on the blockchain, if there's even one anymore, I don't know, but just a question and answer, and then, you know, I could reward people with SBI tokens if they're active in it to kind of get more questions, more discussions going, things like that, that's easy, we can do that. That's super easy stuff. But is there something I'm missing? Is there something you guys think that we should try out here, generate more attention? get more people talking about the kingdom, and I get it. Again, disclaimer, I know. This is not a hotbed for Christianity. This is not a hotbed for theological discussions. We want to talk about cryptocurrency here. We want to talk about, you know, gaming and stuff. I get it. But there still is. a need for this. There still is, I think, a market for this because there's people here that are passionate about God. And that is what I think we need to tap into. So I'm looking forward to hearing what you guys have to say, what you think. Do you think we should pursue this? Do you think we should just keep going? Is there any ideas that we haven't tried or something that you think could really, you know, give glory to God and highlight this community?
