Hey, this is Jonathan with Limitless Mindset, and this video blog goes out primarily to my European biohacking brethren. This is my review of this vendor that I have actually been buying some stuff from lately. Indigo herbs, and they are based in the UK, in some town in the UK, which I think is actually nearby where... Robin Hood was buried. They are a vendor of the adaptogens. They're a vendor of the adaptogens. They're a vendor of the herbal neutropics and performance enhancers that I am such a big fan of. As you get deeper into... your life hacking journey, you become increasingly aware of how important it is to have really good tools for resilience, immunity, and being able to tone your immune system down. If you're a biohacker, you're a person that's probably going just a little bit faster than you should be, you're probably breaking the biological speed limit, so to speak. And if you're going to work hard and play hard, it's also really important to recover hard or sleep hard. You get my point. It's really important to have some tools that allow for your autonomic nervous system to handle everything that you're throwing at it. In this regard, I'm a really big fan of things like Rodeola. That's what this was full of. It's empty now. I just finished it today. Things like Oshuaganda are really great for this. Something like Scissandra is a really good idea, because if you're a biohacker, you're consuming different interesting novel molecules. And some of these... Nutropics supplements that you're using are not something that your kidney and your livers were evolved to deal with properly. And something like Scassandra is going to tonify those processing organs of the body. So I have really high standards for my herbs. You know, you can walk into a pharmacy. pretty much anywhere in the world, and you can find something like rhodiola. But more often than not, you can probably assume that it's low quality rhodiola. These herbs are not all created equal. Some of these herbs are coming from like a pristine... farm somewhere where there's, you know, ducks, ducklings in a little pond next to the farm that are just enjoying their little life unmolested as ducklings, and there's people doing yoga somewhere nearby, there's, you know, chill music going on. There's herbs that are coming from this sort of setting, and then there's herbs that are coming from these farming operations that are usually in places like China, where they are just trying to minimize costs as much as possible and get the product to you, as cheap as possible, and they have a total disregard for the objective quality, for the purity, for making sure that there's no toxins in the soil. So in that regard, I get real picky and snobbish. When it comes to my herbs, I really want to see a COA that is verifying the quality of the herbs before I plug my credit card into a website or consume something. And I looked around Europe, in Europe, it's a little bit harder to get the good stuff. Those of you there in the United States, you don't quite know how lucky you are until you spend some time abroad because the quality standards in the states are just a little bit higher. And these guys, indigo herbs there in the UK, they met my quality standards. You can go on their website and you can find their lab analysis for all the products that they sell. You also notice, okay, this is a bag. It's not like a bottle. full of capsules. And that's something that I'm actually a little bit more trustful of. When you have products that are a single product, a single thing that creates a higher degree... of responsibility on the vendor of the person that you're given your money to to make sure that it's really pure stuff, to make sure that it really is good stuff. Whereas when you have a product that is combining like 10 different things, when you have some type of multivitamin, you really don't know what the quality standards are for all 10 of those different things that are in it. So I did some research and I concluded that these guys were... the best value and looked like they had the highest standards of anyone in Europe for the kind of herbs that I like. And I ordered Rodial and Scassandra from them to start with. And it was delivered to me here in Bulgaria via, I think it's called Royal Air Mail. And unfortunately, Royal Air Mail is just... I don't feel like royalty when I receive products from them because they've lost, I think, about 50% of the shipments that I've done with them. So I contacted Indigo herbs, and I said, hey, guys, I was so excited about trying your herbs, so excited about getting some Rodeola par excellence in my system, and now it's lost. And they said, hey, no problem, we're going to send you... Two more bags of the stuff. We're going to replace it. I was like, oh, well, that's cool. And then that showed up here in Bulgaria after about, I think it was about 10 days, which is, that's actually pretty normal for when you're sending supplements from one country to another. And I use the rodeola, and it had the effect desired. You can watch all my other videos that I've done about rodeola, about the effects that it has on mood, immunity. the effects that it has on focus, on wakefulness, I was, I was satisfied with it. I know what to expect from Rodilla at this point, and then I was pleasantly surprised by another package, and it turned out that Royal Air Mail, about a month and a half later, they finally got around to delivering me the original package I had ordered. So, you know, big ups, two thumbs up, two thumbs up to Indygo herbs, fur. doubling my order more or less. You're going to want to check out their website. They have a pretty wide range of things. Some of the stuff that they offer, I'm not as familiar with as these classic neutropic kind of products. They have a lot of tincture things. They have some food additives, some chocolate-y -looking things that look just delicious. I'd love to have a little bit of those as a... Biohacker dessert at some point. So if you're in the UK, if you're here on the continent, as they say, check these guys out, because I think they have higher standards for the powdered herbs than I've seen anywhere else. And some people, they like to get their neutropics or their supplements in capsule form, which the upside to that is, first of all, convenience. You can just... chuck them in your mouth and wash them down, and you've done your dosing. But I, a lot of times, like the powdered stuff because with these herbs, you can make a real nice tea out of them. And I've experimented with a bunch of different tea cocktails of these different things. My personal favorite is a formula that has been known historically as Adapt 232, and that is Rodeola, Scassandra, and Eleuthero. And those three herbs, Rodeola is the one that's a real true neutropic. That's going to do some cognitive enhancement that's going to brighten your mood a bit. The Scissandra is really good for your internal organs that do the processing of everything. And then the Eleuthero is an anti-fatigue issue. anti-fatigue agent. I don't deal with a lot of fatigue issues, but it, I like it because of its immunoprotective properties. I'm always super interested in whatever can empower my immune system, and El Uthero has some real good evidence for that.
