This is Broccoli in a Pill. Hey, I'm Jonathan with Limitless Mindset, and this is my biohacker review of sulfur boost by the fine folks with do not age. And this is a sulfurophane supplement. If you are a bit of a... anti-aging elitist. If you pride yourself on staying abreast of the latest and greatest in nutraceuticals, you have certainly heard of sulfurophane at this point. And in this video, I am going to, along with my review, break down the latest science on sulfurophane. And I do think it is appropriate to call it broccoli in a pill. And as a biohacker for years, I have been a voracious consumer of broccoli. The way that I do broccoli is awesomely nutritious and delicious. Although, I have to mention that eating broccoli will not get you blow jobs, single guys. Sorry to break it to you. You will want to check out a very philosophical dating tips article that I did explaining why. Eating Broccoli won't get you below jobs. Anyways, about the broccoli in a capsule. I'll take mine now. Check it out. We've got some unboxing to do from a package from Poland, apparently. Who do you know in Poland? Who do I know in Poland? I don't think I know... I don't think I know anybody in Poland. Isn't it, isn't it nice when... Hopefully it's not a kitten. A kitten? Like a kitten making a great escape from Poland? Yeah. I think if it was a kitten babe, it would be, the box would be meow, you know? Mm-hmm, yeah, you're right. Ah, lovely, okay, fantastic, this is from do not age. Aha, sulfurophane. Oh, nice. That's, so sulfurophane is the, is the, it's an extra from broccoli, sulfurophane. This is anti-cancerous. It's a lot of things, anti-cancer, among them. On average, a head of broccoli contains 44 to 171 milligrams of sulfurphame. And I imagine that range is so wide because the nutritional content of... of produce varies quite a bit, depending upon the source and the quality. If you're getting your broccoli from an organic farmer's market, then you're probably getting over 100 milligrams. But if you're getting it from the produce aisle in Walmart, probably a whole lot less. So you can see why getting your sulfurophane in supplement form, like with the 400 milligram special sulfur boost formulation here, you can see why that makes a whole lot of sense, especially if you're not eating broccoli daily. And their research team estimates that these two capsules here, again, 400 milligrams, equals the sulfurophane content of about two and a half heads of organic broccoli. My wife and I took two sulfur boost capsules each every evening with dinner. I did try using it as a condiment, opening up a capsule and dumping it on salad or yogurt, and I think I'll just stick to taking it as a capsule because the... Powder doesn't really have much taste or texture. It doesn't work good as a condiment, the way that some nutraceuticals do. So other than that, I don't have much to report subjectively from my three months of taking two capsules a day. I think this one is one of these anti-aging supplements that you don't. Notice much from subjectively if you are an otherwise young and very healthy person. Let's look at the recent sulfurophane. science. So there are over 1,400 articles of human research on PubNet, including 24 clinical trials done in the past five years alone. A substantial amount of research making sulfurophane a respectable natural anti-aging agent. A placebo-controlled 2021 study of 144 older Japanese adults evaluated it as a neutropic by looking at how it improved performance in a brain game over 12 weeks. and the abstract concluded the sulfurophane groups recorded significant improvements in processing speed and working memory performance, unlike the placebo intake groups. So, placebo control, that's what we look for in our gold standard science. and another recent Japanese study evaluated its effects on exercise, specifically heavy resistance exercise induced muscle damage, and from the abstract of that study. Together, these findings suggest that the oral chronic intake of sulfurophane suppressed the heavy resistance exercise induced increase in muscle damage. parameter. The chronic use of sulfurophane may be a novel therapeutic candidate for the prevention of muscle damage in athletes training daily with high intensity exercise. I find this one just a bit confusing. If it protects from muscle damage, that's great, but a bit of muscle inflammation and a bit... of muscle damage is, of course, how our muscles grow. The study also notes that it has an effect suppressing creatine kinase, which is also important to muscle growth. So Jim Bros would want to supplement creatine concurrently with this one. Another study of 60 Iranians evaluated it as an intervention for cardiac-induced depression. A lot of people experience depression after adverse cardiac events, like coronary interventions and artery bypass surgeries. From the abstract of the Iranian study, sulfurophane could safely improve depressive symptoms induced by cardiac disease. interventions. This is a somewhat timely study, isn't it? Perhaps you have a family member, friend, coworker, who has recently been diagnosed mysteriously with... Myocarditis, which definitely has nothing to do with the COVID vaccines and boosters that they've been taking, according to them and the mainstream media. Meet the Press, data download, brought to you by Pfizer. Maybe slip them a couple of capsules of sulfur boost, and you'll see their mood and general outlook on life, Brighton. It's been the subject of some cancer research. It has potential in treating melanoma, pancreatic, and prostate cancer. A 2021, double-blind, placebo-controlled 15-week study was done at the University of Massachusetts Medical School with 57 children, ages 13 to 12, with autism spectrum disorder. And it resulted in a small, yet statistically significant, uptick in autism-related scores among children. Apparently, another study found it even more helpful in young men with autism. So it's no... autism cure, but it's yet another tool in the biohacking armentarium that parents with children on the spectrum can turn to. A British Nigerian study notes that when powdered brown mustard is added to cooked broccoli, the bioavailability of sulfurophane is over four times greater than from cooked broccoli ingested alone, which totally confirms the tasty broccoli mustard seed combo that was once suggested to me by a friend. If you're a biohacker balin on a budget and you can't afford the sulfura boost, that's a pretty good option for getting that sulfurophane in you. If all of the sulfurophane science has you sold on it, then you're going to want to pick up the 366 capsule jar right here. And this would be a six-month supply for a single person. If you really like it, you could save yourself... 32% over the monthly price by getting it on subscription. A few closing thoughts.
