@george-dee: I have known a lot of places in the Philippines to be blessed with beautiful landscapes. The fields and mountains look beautiful and if I had my way, living in the province would have been a great option but earning in the province can't be compared to that of the city.

@macchiata: Even though provincial life is simple, you can still live a content and happy life. That's how it seems like. I spent my whole live living in an urbanized area and whenever I look at people who live in village and even coastal village, they look happier. It's like you get to fish, forage and grow your own food. I had a few brief experiences trying to live in countryside and would love to do that again whenever I am getting the chance to. You grew up in a beautiful place!
