@emrysjobber: Never knew you were also a very good cookπ , your write up is very detailed which makes it easy for anyone to replicate the same procedure without any difficulty. Though some of the ingredient used are a little alien to me such as "lentil" this is my first time hearing of it, probably it is called a different name in my location. But apart from that I believe I can also follow the same procedure to create this awesome dish. Thanks for sharing.
