Hello, we are here at Hostel del Lago in Atitlan, Guatemala with Mina, Nina Eitia, and I'm Starkas. And we've put in a system for Hive Debit here to accept payments. So we have, every guest has a Hive debit card like this. And this is the prototype, we're about to roll it out across the whole hotel. And it makes payments really, really easy. Guests can check in, if they top up their cards with money. So they don't need a high account, it's all on the card, and then they can come and spend and get cash back. So let's do a spend, shall we? So we have here a terminal for accepting NFC payments. And we got the high debit of... So super easy to use. So here I'm going to create an invoice with the high debit, and... I got the account for the hotel, I'm going to add the amount of the payment for a drink that is 15 quetzales in the local currency. And then I can add a memo about a drink, because he always like tamarind the juice, so that is about LV. And then here we continue. And then you have the different payment options, so we're going to pay with card. And you come with the card. Scan here. Just top. And that is it. Easy. There you go. Payment completed. Payment completely. No fees. So now in the next step, we can put some QR codes on the back here, and it means you can scan these, and then you can get cash back. You can either get info about the hotel. you can get a wallet balance or you can get cash back from scanning. So, you guys just scan them and it takes them straight to a URL where they take two photos and they get cash back from their purchases. So it's an incentive to use the system. So yeah. Cheers!
