Sin duda se puede considerar un arte, pues haces cada pieza de forma artesanal con un resultado profesional pero único. Tiene mucho mérito y me imagino que necesitas grandes dosis de paciencia para que cada parte tenga la consistencia necesaria para que luego puedas construir los dulces, aparte del talento creativo. ¡Me encantaría poder probar una de estas maravillas! I didn't know that you could do this kind of creative work using gelatin until I came across your blog. Without a doubt, it can be considered an art, because you make each piece in an artisanal way with a professional but unique result. It has a lot of merit and I imagine that you need large doses of patience so that each part has the necessary consistency so that later you can build the sweets, apart from the creative talent.
