@beckyroyal: Nice outfit @fashtioluwa, I can see that you are taking care of yourself 😜. You are right in saying that our fore fathers ate freshly grown foods unlike what we eat in this generation but more than this I can also tell you that our grandparents lived stress free life. There was little exposure to technological radiations from phones and other gadgets. They also lived life very simply having no complexity of goals. They wake up by 6am and prepare for farm work with ease, there's no thought of traffic and Bo employer to appease for late coming. On the other hand, this generation is full of complexities especially in goal setting. You will see a person with a long list of 25 goals to achieve in a year and by the time the year is half gone, pressure mounts up to achieve all those written goals in a short period. This genz generation live a fast track life which I believe has now seeped into the DNA causing our body cells to follow our pace. The exposure to technological radiations from gadgets and fumes from machines, cars and the likes also add to it. In the past, the average man is taught per time with steps howbeit informally but now a child in primary school is being taught 20 subjects and that child is expected to pass excellently in all the subjects...with flying colors. Why won't the child age beyond normal. Indeed taking care of yourself is good but I think we should cut down on our pursuits. Work diligently and smart in making ends meet but don't go overboard with chasing money. The Bible says... if we have food to eat and clothes to cover our bodies and a roof over our heads, let us be content with these things. The mansions and classy vehicles we are aiming to have by all means so as to demand the respect of society, don't even bring true joy. Money is never enough, once we have it, we want to keep having more if it.... leading to an unending cycle of pursuing money. All these have adverse effects on the body and health. Don't get me wrong, having these luxuries is good when it is within one's means to do so but stressing day and night just to buy a car....is not a wise deal. This generation should go back to being content like our fore fathers were and live life with simplicity. Thanks P:s: I don't look older than my age, in fact I still look like someone in their twenties rather than their thirties...this proves my point😁
@fahadd: Hello, thank you for sharing your insights on this intriguing topic. It indeed seems that we're observing a phenomenon where young people seem to be aging faster, both physically and mentally. Your point about the role of lifestyle choices, including diet and lack of health consciousness, is very significant. The modern world is full of processed foods, environmental toxins, and stress, which can certainly contribute to premature aging. Your concern about the impact of this on mortality rates, particularly among young people, is indeed alarming. It's a reminder of the importance of taking care of our health and making conscious choices about what we put into our bodies. Your video provides a great platform for further discussion on this topic. It's crucial to raise awareness about these issues and encourage people to take proactive steps towards maintaining their health and well being. Thank you for sparking this important conversation. I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts on this and other topics in the future.
@sacra97: Well, I am old and out of coquetry I dyed my hair so as not to look old, hoping to have grandchildren and for them to call me grandmother. Age is just a number without a doubt, the best thing is good fitness makes us look young. Very successful.
@miztajovial: For us to stay younger, we must embraced peace of mind against wearing or looking like the condition and situation of our chaos country
@toryfestus: The previous generations didn't really do exercises, rather we can call what they did hard labor. You always find them going to farms, streams and other normal petty works that we in these generation see as hard labour, And also, the food they eat are most nutritious than what we have in our generation. They eat more of natural unlike now were we eat refined products.... I've came across a tomato farm, where the farmer was using chemical to make his plant grow faster so you tell me why this generation wouldn't grow like agric fowl. That's to say that, even aside from stress, what we take in matters alot. If we're even to talk more on long life i think we would have to go back to the generation before father Abraham in the bible.... Where men of 100years were still strong enough to reproduce...or should we talk about Methuselah??? At the end, it seems the more the longivity of the world, the weaker human lives last💔
@kingsleyy: Omo, I think it's majorly the hardship that we are passing through that's causing this thing. But this same hardship was present in the days of our forefathers...I think this current one is more crazier
@ayamihaya: I don’t know I have not seen anyone around me like that. But I am aging but no one can guess my age right lol it feels like I am not growing up anymore everyone thinks I am a school girl 😅.
