Specters: the Mysteries of the Gaze [Eng-Esp]

@avdesing: First of all, I want to say that this has been my favourite exhibition of all the ones you’ve visited, and in this museum in particular. Perhaps because the theme of perception and seeing beyond what is explicitly there really resonates with me. One artist is more amazing than another, and they all convey a profound message and meaning. I can’t say which one I liked best because there are several, but I can assure you that, taken together, they form an exhibition that goes beyond tangible reality and where one’s own emotions and experiences play a very important role. But if I had to say one thing, I was looking at the photographs and many of them are unsettling, the sort you could weave mystery stories around. They’re brilliant! You’ve put together an incredible collection; I love it!! Quizá porque el tema de la percepción y ver más allá de lo que explícitamente está allí tiene mucho que ver conmigo. Un artista es más asombroso que otro y todos con un profundo mensaje y significado. No puedo decir cual me gusto más porque son varios de ellos, pero te puedo asegurar que en conjunto forman una exposición que va más allá de la realidad palpable y donde las emociones y experiencias propias juegan un papel muy importante. Pero si algo debo decirte, miraba las fotografías y muchas de ellas son inquietantes, asimilables a aquellas sobre las que se pueden crear historias de misterio. Son excelentes! @encuentro: Hola querido amigo la verdad que esta serie de cuadros de estos múltiples artistas es bastante estimulante para la imaginación me he dado cuenta que el éxito de este tipo de pintura es que en realidad no es lo que representa sino lo que se puede imaginar el que lo y la curiosidad que estimula cuando algo no te cuadra bien o no es coherente o no se ve bien el cerebro y la imaginación empiezan a funcionar muy buena publicación un gran abrazo hermano querido

@mipiano: Good afternoon @enraizar Qué exposición, con algunas fotografías bastante inquietantes jeje, sobre todo hablo de la sección de las obras Miedos de Cannon Bernáldez que más impacto me dejaron. Bueno, lo que no está explicado y lo que nuestra mente e imaginación construyen es lo que más miedo da 😁. Y lo de las huellas, esas fotografías me gustan mucho visualmente y sí, nos invitan a mirar de otra manera. Gracias por llevarnos a Casa de México contigo 😇

@felixmarranz: Cielo y mar encuadrados en el fragmento fotográfico se pueden confundir tanto como un atardecer con un amanecer si desconocemos la geografía o despertamos de un sueño ignorando el lugar y la hora. Me imagino contemplando la exposición durante horas. Imaginando el proceso creativo o la intención del autor. Por otro lado, la mente tiene sus propios caminos y, en esta publicación, cuando nombraste las manchas o sombras Rorschach, no pensé en textos psicológicos. El primer pensamiento fue para la película Watchmen, Los Vigilantes. Una peli de superhéroes diferente. Si la encuentro, la volveré a ver y ahora voy a dar otra vuelta por las fotos de tu publicación. ¡Aplausos! The sky and sea framed within the photograph can be just as easily confused—like mistaking a sunset for a sunrise—if one is unfamiliar with the geography or wakes from a dream unaware of the time or place. I can picture myself gazing at the exhibition for hours, imagining the creative process or the artist's intent. Then again, the mind follows its own paths; when you mentioned Rorschach like stains or shadows in this post, my thoughts didn't turn to psychological texts. Instead, my first thought was of the movie Watchmen . It’s a unique kind of superhero film. If I can find it, I’ll watch it again—but for now, I’m going to take another look at the photos in your post. Bravo! And another big, warm hug.
