@threesteps: Your bravery in talking about mental health is commendable. Many of us (myself included) struggle mentally. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I overthink like you. Mine is like this: instead of plan, act, review (my favorite thinking mechanism), I do: plan, plan, plan, plan, plan, o shit I have to act, then act, then not review because I have to go to the next procrastinated crisis. :) @elianaicgomes you rock!
