@mamaemigrante: Poor Juan, I can imagine the illusion with which he built his house and not being able to enjoy it as it should be. The physical forces make a difference, and this is proof of that, luckily they did not demolish it and it remained as a tourist attraction. Pobre Juan, me imagino la ilusión con la que hizo su casa y no poder disfrutarla como debe ser. Las fuerzas físicas marcan la diferencia, y esto es prueba de ello, por suerte no la demolieron y quedó como una atracción turística.

@soyunasantacruz: Ohhh my goodness, this is very interesting, I did not know of its existence, it will be a must visit when one day I have the privilege of returning to Merida. Just from the pictures it looked like a huge hallway, and the way to stand up inside is quite a challenge. Your experience reminded me of one I had in Ciudad Bolivar, inside a museum, one of the houses where the liberator was, there the guides mention the curiosity that inside a room the photos do not come out, nothing remains in images, I checked it using the film camera hehehehehe, since 30 years have passed since that experience, I would like to go back and try with cell phones. I loved your post my friend, thank you. Ohhh por Dios, esto es muy interesante, no sabía de su existencia, sera una visita obligada cuando algún día tenga el privilegio de volver a Mérida. Nada más en las fotos me pareció el pasillo enorme, y la forma de mantenerse de pie adentro es todo un desafio. Tu experiencia me hizo recordar una que tuve en Ciudad Bolivar, dentro de un museo una de las Casas donde estuvo el libertador, alli los guias mencionan la curiosidad que dentro de una habitación no salen las fotos, nada queda en imagenes, yo lo comprobé usando la camara de rollos jejejeje, ya que de esa experiencia han pasado 30 años, me gustaría volver y probar con los celulares. @belkyscabrera: Strange things definitely happen in the house. I hope to check this place out when I visit Mérida. Not everything is what it seems. When I saw the exterior design, I imagined a beautiful decor with great furniture. Thanks for sharing your experience.
