Señalas unos puntos que son fundamentales para la comunicación y de manera puntual para la oratoria, le agregaría a las que nos señalas el preparar bien tu tema, por mucho conocimiento que tengamos, la improvisación no es buena consejera porque podemos comenzar a divagar y no enfocarnos en lo verdaderamente importante para la audiencia. You point out some points that are essential for communication and specifically for public speaking, I would add to those you point out to prepare your topic well, no matter how much knowledge we have, improvisation is not a good advisor because we can start to ramble and not focus on what is really important for the audience.
