Home made bread part .5 of 4

Transcript

Good day, folks. How are you? This is Kathy Harrow from Newfoundland, Canada. I am at work today, and for the first time in a long time, I am making omel bread for my client. So, I'm going to video the first little bit, and then as each process goes, I will record a bit more and share it with you. So I have Granny. panties on my head, my clients, so no hair, well, get in the bread, a nice little apron, and my ingredients. Oh, already, so here I go. I don't have a recipe, it's the one I learned when I was 13. It spread from scratch, and of course it was always yummy. I'm praying that's going to turn out. I measured out, six cups of all-purpose flour, dash of salt, a handful of sugar, a handful of sugar. Stir it all up. I'm going to use a half a pack of yeast, and it's quick rise so I don't have to soak it in water. Just squirt in, mix it up. Now, I gotta pause and go get my water.
