@zyzymena: Oh my goodness. I was intrigued when I saw the title of the post. I thought I was going to watch a conventional food video but I never expected what I saw😄😄. I have never seen anything like this before. Usually oil is added to rice when it is being cooked but yours was after the rice was cooled. Also you didn't slice the vegetables you just threw them in and when you were adding the salt my heart was in my mouth...like isn't that too much salt? Why does it have to be lots and lots. By the way the solar cooker reminds me of the project I did in college. I built one just like that and I used it in frying eggs and boiling water before the school took it.

@attilio-cesare: i don’t “like it”... i Love 💗 it! solar cooking is awesome; and, i find that most things i cook in solar ovens, seem to just be much more tasty as a result of being cooked by the sun 🌞 heat/light 💡 i was not aware of the edible nature of elm leaves 🍃, so am looking forward to tasting them, at some time in the future, if they become readily available at wherever i may find myself living!
