Are these not just chains of individuals who are able to pass the buck to the next department or whoever? Really. Less transparent than Web3. But same same and it all comes down to the same thing again, unless human beings become accountable or can be held accountable? As individuals. 100% agreed, btw. After more education out here, the only way forward against "big government", I figured, was class action and civil. But you can't win because we humans tend to forget and revert to old behaviors so one begins to wonder if it's worth it. Or whether this is simply how the world turns and human beings generally operate in "the pack". One on one we seem far more conscious. When we are in groups a totally different psychology and dynamic occurs. I thought civil action against an individual who fucks up may be more newsworthy and put people off corruption etc a bit more. Take it out of "The system". Which will shut down because fear and / or participation. And make it clear that you can't hide in a group and use it to get away with shit. The group will naturally defend itself and usually ostracize the individual to avoid the same. Problem here becomes moral. Perhaps. Because scapegoating and, I stongly believe, the pack mentality and the "normal" bullying and scuffle for heirarchy needs to be addressed as well. If not demantled as a priority. It's how bullies and shitheads actually get away with so much, in fact. Regardles. It's the individual who's fucking up. Again. And the group dynamic that's causing problems addressing it. Maybe. Anyhow. Ongoing problem. And it sucks already. Thats south african legalese.
