@aliveandthriving: Guarantee there are people in Canada closer to home than you think that are not having it good either bro, i personally had to live on the streets for 5 years and so did my wife. We were rejected by family and society. This wasn't our choice and we had to save ourselves as there was no foundation to help and now any charities or whatever only really help if you are from another country. I think it is really good what you are doing but don't forget your fellow countrymen as well.
