The little girl shouts out a few more obscenities at Harold than she kicks him in the nuts. Meanwhile, the Mexican guy frantically searches for his knife so he can stab Harold. But just then, Dr. Jensen comes running down the hallway to see what all of the commotion is about. Hey! What the hell is going on here? Dr. Jensen settles things down between the Mexican, the little girl, and Harold. Then the doctor pulls Harold into a nearby broom closet, and the doctor says, Mr. Smith, your conduct is unacceptable. Me? Look, they started it. Maybe so, but Mr. James, you need to calm down. I'm down. I just found out that my wife put me in a coma, and now she is going to leave me for you, and you want me to calm down? Harold and the doctor argue back and forth. until the lady from the billing department finds them in the broom closet. And unfortunately, she delivers even more bad news for her.
