@luckyali: 273 hive tokens is not a small amount I would say it is a big amount and no one wants to lose this much amount of hive tokens. It is good that you got your funds back I faced this type of issue in ionomy exchange 7 days back and they have refunded my hive after contacting them with details.
@certain: Till now I have not created account on Simpleswap but I have seen there, that the prices of Hive that we used to swap, little bit different than hive.market or hive engine. Anyway this is a common thing. The good thing is that there is no need for KYC to create account.
