@indayclara: Nice guide @afterglow! with the video, it helps others have a visual too. Ive been thinking about learning to drive a motorbike but seeing how tedious it might to fix it on your own is a challenge im not sure I can do. 😅

@danielcarrerag: Hello @afterglow thank you for taking into consideration the recommendations that I made in the past, I congrats for your video, you have taken the time to place everything need it in the process of adjusting the chain and aligning the tire. I really like your side car, in my country you don't see that, I imagine that it is very useful there
@alonicus: Nicely done video ! Kawasaki have used pretty much the same system for adjusting chains for about the last 50 years. One thing I do differently on mine is the wheel alignment. Instead of using wire to measure that the bolts are the same length, if you look on the two U shaped frames that hold the chain adjusting bolts, you will see a small notch on the top of each. On the swinging arm, there is a row of evenly spaced notches on each side just above the slot for the axle. That way, you can check that the notch on the frames are in the same place on both sides relative to the swinging arm notches, right down to less than a millimetre. You might need to use a small mirror or take a photo with your phone if the sidecar gets in the way ! The nuts on the two adjuster bolts should all be 10mm it looks like on your bike, you've got a 10mm locking onto a 12mm or 13mm on the left, and just a 10mm on the right. Having the washer, spacer and two 10mm nuts on each side will mean the two nuts can lock against each other. Hopefully then the chain will stay in place for longer (although it will still slowly loosen as the chain and sprockets wear).
@rigel-gladys: Good thing you were able to realize that the chain was loose and repairing it yourself is a good thing. I think that many of the things we know in our life is because we have learned by trial and error, so it is brave to take a risk and be afraid to fail, but I hope that mechanics has a lot to offer us. It is really worth it. Greetings 👋
