Why add liquidity to a diesel pool and how to do it

@blitzzzz: When I first started on HIVE, I loved the liquidity pools and high APRs. It was only until that I learned about impermanent loss and had some pools take quite a beating in value that I became more aware and conscious of which pools I picked 🤣. Lessons learnt from my newbie days.
