Torta Frita a lo Zuni [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 🇦🇷❤️

      A pesar del calor insoportable, de estos últimos días, Marcelo @palabras1 (no sé por qué), es fanático al 1000% de las tortas fritas y debido, a los incrementos de precios en general en argentina, el gas, se fue por las nubes. Pero, recordé que vi un video en Instagram, de un señor que realizo, una cocinita a leña, con una olla vieja que tenía y entonces, se lo planteo a Marcelo, esperando que no tendría ganas de ponerse a ejecutar la obra; Pero, para mi sorpresa, el señor, agarro su amolador y me lo hizo; No igual a la de Instagram, pero cumplía la función.

Despite the unbearable heat of the last few days, Marcelo @palabras1 (I don't know why), is a 1000% fan of fried cakes and due to the general price increases in Argentina, gas prices have gone through the roof.       Quiero aclarar, que esto no es una receta de como se hace la torta frita, que, por cierto, existen muchas formas de hacerlo, sino, más bien una historia familiar que sucede, sobre una tradición culinaria típica de este país y es por eso, que escogí esta comunidad @hiveargentina para compartirlo. En mi país Paraguay, las llamamos pireca y también es tradición allá.

I want to clarify that this is not a recipe of how to make torta frita, which, by the way, there are many ways to do it, but rather a family story that happens, about a typical culinary tradition of this country and that is why I chose this community @hiveargentina to share it. In my country Paraguay, we call them pireca and it is also a tradition there.

      Compartir estos momentos, con mis niños, realmente es maravilloso. Obviamente, todos participamos en la realización. Yo amasé, mientras Marcelo, construía la cocinita; luego, mis niños estiraron la masa y me iban pasando, para que yo fritara. Al final, obviamente, la degustación familiar, con dulce de leche y mates, nosotros y ellos, mate cocido con leche. Sharing these moments, with my children, is really wonderful. Obviously, we all participated in the realization.       Siendo Paraguaya, y viviendo hace más de 20 años en Argentina, parte de mí, ya es argentina; Además, mis hijos son argentinos y es por ello, que también amo a este país. Being Paraguayan and living in Argentina for more than 20 years, part of me is already Argentinean; besides, my children are Argentinean and that is why I also love this country.
