Hello, my beautiful people of Hive! I hope you all are doing great and strong to keep going.
In some of my publications I have mentioned that in @zu_pasteleria we have an exclusive line of healthy desserts and cakes designed for customers with special conditions. In this sense, I am pleased to share with the great family of #plantpowervegan a video where I bring you, with special affection, a vegan, lactose-free, sugar-free and gluten-free recipe.
Therefore, today I will show you how to prepare some refreshing Creamy Ice Creams, but without Cream that are very easy to make, full of flavor and very nutritious, because we will use fresh fruits (you can use the ones of your preference) and the star ingredient that is the Tofu, which will provide all the creaminess that our delicious ice creams need.
These delicious ice creams, in addition to refreshing your body, will also be providing your whole organism with the goodness and nutrients that both fruits and Tofu offer, including protein, calcium, magnesium, antioxidants, iron and many more.
340 gm. of soft Tofu.
2 tbsp. diced mango.
2 tbsp. blueberries.
2 tbsp. diced strawberries.
2 tbsp. vanilla essence.
Juice of ½ lemon.
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon.
30 gm. of sweetener.
2 pinches of salt.
Chopped almonds (optional).
1 ripe banaba.
When you prepare these delicious ice creams, you will like them so much that they will not last long in your freezer, because they are better and much healthier than commercial ice creams that claim to be healthy and in reality are not because they are full of preservatives.
Dear Hivers, I hope you find this recipe useful and share it with people who need it and if you have any suggestions or recommendations, please leave them in the comments, which helps me a lot to improve my content.
