Hola querida comunidad de skin and body care.

Estoy muy feliz de regresar con ustedes, como explico en el video tenía tiempo sin postear porque no tenía insumos nuevos para mostrarles nuevas rutinas, pero mágicamente mi bella @la-loreto vino a Barquisimeto y me trajo de regalo un kit de mascarillas que amé, decidí entonces abrir mis regalos y mostrarles en este video que tal me fue.

Además he estado haciendo algunos cambios en mi alimentación , lo puedes leer AQUÍ y esto trae como consecuencia que el rostro adelgace, por esto hoy compartiré 3 ejercicios de yoga facial que hago para ir trabajando mi papada y así no vaya quedando flácida por el proceso de adelgazamiento.

Disfruté mucho mi rutina ya que tenía como un mes sin hacerme un mascarilla porque no tenía y esta estuvo súper hidratante y sentí como mi piel quedó estirada y fresca, Gracias Natalia por ese magnífico regalo.

Cuidense mucho, ya que nuestro cuerpo es el vehículo que usamos día a día para disfrutar esto que llamamos vida, por eso debemos darle cariño y mantenerlo lo mejor posible, quizá no seamos eternos pero viviremos bien el tiempo que nos toque vivir.

En el vídeo muestro algo que me salío en una de mis mejillas, si alguien tiene un consejo para esto será bienvenido.

Espero que les guste y que puedan disfrutar de cada una de las cosas que les comparto y también decirles que me he pasado por todos sus videos y pues estoy aprendiendo muchísimo de cada una de las personas que publican en esta comunidad, anotando en un cuaderno sus recetas de belleza, sus tips de salud y muy pronto voy a hacer algunos que me ha llamado la atención y les compartiré en un video qué tal me fue.
