The song with which I am participating today, I have always associated it with friendship and with what is this week's team: true friend.

The funny thing is that I have never sung it seriously in my life. On one occasion, many years ago, I made the pretense of singing it with the worst possible accent in English, that is, pronouncing the words as if they were written in Spanish and since then I only sing it as a joke and that lousy diction.

But when I saw the proposed theme for this week, I immediately thought that this was the opportunity to sing it seriously. I think the pronunciation cost me more because of my "game". However, I tried to do my best and although someone wrote in a commentary these days that one will never be able to pronounce like an American or an Englishman, I have always believed that one must always try to do one's best and always improve.

Having clarified this, you know that any failure in pronunciation is my fault, because I tried to do it seriously.... 🤣

I've always liked this song by The Beatles a lot, although I admit that I liked Joe Cocker's version better, when I discovered it. But to interpret it, it is certainly easier the original version.

La canción con la que participo hoy, siempre la he asociado con la amistad y con lo que es el team de esta semana: amigo verdadero.

Lo gracioso es que nunca en mi vida la había cantado en serio. En alguna ocasión, hace muchos años, hice el simulacro de cantarla con el peor acento posible en inglés, es decir, pronunciando las palabras como si estuvieran escritas en español y desde entonces solo la canto como una broma y esa pésima dicción.

Pero al ver el tema propuesto para esta semana, enseguida pensé que esta era al oportunidad para cantarla en serio. Creo que la pronunciación me costó más por culpa de mi "juego". Sin embargo, traté de hacerlo lo mejor posible y aunque alguien escribió en estos días en un comentario que uno nunca va a llegar a pronunciar como un americano o un inglés, siempre he creído en que uno siempre tiene que buscar hacerlo lo mejor posible e ir mejorando siempre.

Aclarado esto, ya saben que cualquier falla en la pronunciación es mi culpa, porque traté de hacerlo en serio... 🤣

Esta canción de Los Beatles siempre me ha gustado mucho, aunque reconozco que la versión de Joe Cocker me gustó más, cuando la descubrí. Pero para interpretarla, sin duda es más fácil la versión original.
