Greetings to this beautiful Hive Open Mic community, this is my first time posting content in this community and I have the great pleasure of sharing with you my interpretation with the trumpet of «You've Got A Friend In Me» composed by Randy Newman. I heard this theme for the first time in the Disney-Pixar movie Toy Story. I have a 5-year-old nephew who loves to sing and listen to music, this song is one of his favorites. It has a version in Spanish that is very popular in Latin America, and it is a mixture of genres between country music, Jazz, and Pop.

Saludos a esta bella comunidad de Hive Open Mic, esta es mi primera vez publicando contenido en esta comunidad y tengo el grato placer de compartir con ustedes mi interpretación con la trompeta de «You've Got A Friend In Me» compuesta por Randy Newman. Este tema lo escuché por primera vez en la película de Disney-Pixar Toy Story. Tengo un sobrino de 5 años que le encanta cantar y escuchar música, este tema es uno de sus favoritos. Tiene una versión en español muy popular en Latinoamérica, y es una mezcla de géneros entre música country, Jazz y Pop.

I have always thought that true friends are a divine treasure, I have great friends who have been there both in difficult times and in happy ones. That is what friendship is about being present in spirit, heart, and action. It is not easy to have good friends, since we are born we are in that search. Many times we are disappointed because friendship is loyalty, it is love and trust. The best way to be a true friend is to start with ourselves and then select those people who share your beliefs, tastes, and thoughts. I always strive to cultivate empathy and serve others. No friend is perfect, we will never find someone perfect because we are not either. Despite those imperfections, a friend inspires you to be better, and to achieve your goals.

Siempre he pensado que los amigos verdaderos son un divino tesoro, tengo grandes amigos que han estado tanto en los momentos difíciles como en los felices. De eso se trata la amistad de estar presente en espíritu, corazón y acción. No es sencillo tener buenos amigos, desde que nacemos estamos en esa búsqueda. Muchas veces nos decepcionamos, porque la amistad es lealtad, es amor y confianza. La mejor manera de ser un amigo verdadero es empezando por nosotros mismos y luego seleccionar a aquellas personas que compartan tus creencias, gustos, y pensamientos. Siempre me esfuerzo por cultivar la empatía y por servir a otros. Ningún amigo es perfecto, nunca encontraremos a alguien perfecto porque nosotros tampoco lo somos. A pesar de esas imperfecciones, un amigo te inspira a ser mejor, a lograr tus metas.

Due to migration and other factors, I have separated from great friends, some of them were my adventure companions, they were excellent company, we always went to the beach, to the mountains, sometimes we cooked together, and we enjoyed talking until sunrise. There was always a common topic to talk about. One time my mother had an accident on a ladder, and they were there to support and encourage me. Thanks to them I was able to overcome these difficulties. Music has also helped me connect with other people. The bond generated by music is really powerful, since it is a common theme, we understand each other for that. Music is a collaborative work, you have to trust others in an orchestra. You should also support others to achieve their goals. In the end, it will turn out a beautiful symphony. If we want to have true friends, we must be true friends too.

Debido a la migración y a otros factores, me he separado de grandes amigos, algunos eran mis compañeros de aventura, eran una excelente compañía, siempre nos íbamos a la playa, a la montaña, en ocasiones cocinábamos juntos, y disfrutábamos conversar hasta amanecer. Siempre había un tema en común que conversar. En una ocasión mi madre tuvo un accidente en una escalera, y ellos estuvieron allí para apoyarme y animarme. Gracias a ellos pude sobrellevar esas dificultades. La música también me ha ayudado a conectarme con otras personas. Es realmente poderoso el vínculo que genera la música, ya que es un tema en común, nos comprendemos mutuamente por eso. La música es un trabajo colaborativo, debes confiar en otros en una orquesta. También debes apoyar a otros para que logren sus metas. Al final resultará una hermosa sinfonía. Si queremos tener amigos verdaderos debemos serlo también.
