Saludos Amigos hivers y de #SWC Eldia de hoy les traigo un tutorial de la entrada angel, un movimiento de fuerza más extremos, y unos de mis favoritos, así que quería compartir con ustedes todo lo necesario para obtener este truco, así que vamos con el video.

Greetings Friends hivers and of #SWC Today I bring you a tutorial of the angel cue, a most extreme strength move, and one of my favorites, so I wanted to share with you everything you need to get this trick, so let's go with the video.

En el primer paso realizamos intentos de levantarnos en agarre dislocado, como si fuera una dominada en dicho agarre. En el segundo paso ya habiendo aprendido a elevarnos, esta vez intentaremos salir del agarre dislocado y quedamos como en una posición parecida a un back lever, pero obviamente sin estar rectos. Y en el tercer y ultimo paso haremos el mismo hale que hacemos en Hefesto pero este será mas difícil aún porque el agarre es mas abierto.
