    Hey! atletas cรณmo estรกn? espero que muy bien! El dรญa de hoy les comparto este set intermedio de empuje desde casa, dรณnde vamos a realizar todos los ejercicios a solo puรฑosโœŠ.     Bueno cรณmo sabemos las flexiones o push-ups son ejercicios de empuje, esto cabe resaltar que trabajamos mucho en el รกrea pectoral y parte de los antebrazos, hombros y otros grupos musculares del torso. Es importante antes de todo esto realizar un calentamiento o estiramiento leve para poder trabajar en este progreso ya que la muรฑeca estarรก firme y algรบn mal movimiento o fuerza que no podamos ejercer puede ocasionar lesiones level, en mi caso utilizo una venda en mi brazo izquierdo ya que esa mano me cuesta ejercer fuerza en ocasiones y para evitar le agrego una venda que evite movimientos bruzcos al ejercer dichos movimientos. Sin mรกs que decir espero les guste... Hasta la prรณxima๐Ÿ˜.
