Esta rutina que vengo a traerles es un poco simple para muchos pero algo complicado para aquellos que empiezan, como ven es una variación de jaladas y abdominales. Este tipo de rutinas son muy buenas para ganar resistencia tanto en la barra como fuerza en los abds, les permitirá avanzar a otro nivel, ya que las variaciones siempre tendrán buenos resultados.
