The ECHR website has already received three complaints from Ukrainian men regarding refusals to allow the applicants to cross the Ukrainian border.

The applicants complain that the restriction of their travel abroad during martial law was illegal. And violated their right to freedom of movement.

The new draft law on mobilization prescribes norms providing for the seizure of personal cars in favor of the AFU, seizure of accounts and personal property of mobilization evaders, deprivation of the right to drive a car and cross the Ukrainian border...
