          ¡Hola a Todos! Esta semana tuve el honor de compartir otro entrenamiento de CrossFit en el Box de Auyante, gracias a un gran amigo y entrenador Daniel (@danielmarin_chimy, en Instagram) él fue hizo el entrenamiento (WOD), fue inspirado en los 12, meses del año.
         Hubo un calentamiento bastante divertido y dinámico. Nos dividimos en 2 grupos, y en cada grupo había alguien que lanzaba los balones medicinales y los otros tiene que tratar de llevarlos al otro lado lo más rápido posible (la penitencia eran 3 burpees) en el video pueden apreciar que me lastimé el rostro con el balón 😂

    ! [ENGLISH VERSION ] Hello everyone! This week I had the honour of sharing another CrossFit workout at the Auyante Box, thanks to a great friend and trainer Daniel (@danielmarin_chimy, on Instagram) he was did the workout (WOD), it was inspired by the 12, months of the year.
    There was a pretty fun and dynamic warm up. We were divided into 2 groups, and in each group there was someone who threw medicine balls and the others had to try to get them to the other side as fast as possible (the penalty was 3 burpees) in the video you can see that I hurt my face with the ball 😂.

          El entrenamiento estuvo buenísimo y exigente, de 45 minutos de:
    WOD
    "12 DIAS DE NAVIDAD AUYANTE"

    1. MAN MAKER (50/40)
    2. BAR MUSCLE UPS
    3. RING DIPS
    4. RUSSIAN TWIST W/DB
    5. 2DB RDL
    6. 2DB BENT OVER ROW
    7. 2DB PUSH PRESS
    8. TOES TO BAR
    9. WALL BALLS (30/20)
    10. PULL UPS
    11. WALL FACING HSPU
    12. ECHO BIKE CALORIES
            Como ver las reps son los meses del año, si no podías realizar el ejercicio, realizas una progresión, por ejemplo los Bar Muscle Ups, lo sustituyes con Pull Ups (Dominadas). El WOD lo realizabas así: Haces un Man Maker, luego 2 Bar Muscle Ups, vuelves al principio 1 Man Maker, 2 Bar Muscle Ups y los 3 Ring Dips (realicé 3 Fondos en Paralelas) nuevamente vuelves hacer todo y ahora 4 Russian Twist. Son como niveles, cuando llegues a los 12 Echo Bike Calories, vuelves desde 1 Man Maker y terminas el WOD, todo esto lo tienes antes que se acaben los 45 minutos

    WOD
    "12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS AUYANTE".
    As you can see the reps are the months of the year, if you could not perform the exercise, you perform a progression, for example the Bar Muscle Ups, you replace it with Pull Ups. The WOD was done like this: You do a Man Maker, then 2 Bar Muscle Ups, you go back to the beginning 1 Man Maker, 2 Bar Muscle Ups and the 3 Ring Dips (I did 3 Parallel Pull Ups) again you do everything again and now 4 Russian Twists. They are like levels, when you reach 12 Echo Bike Calories, go back from 1 Man Maker and finish the WOD, all of this before the 45 minutes are up.

          Me costó bastante grabar todo el WOD, pero casi lo termino, estaba en la última ronda, hice hasta las 12 y me falta realizarlo desde el principio para poder terminarlo, pero llegue hasta los 8 Toes To Bar (lo realice hasta las rodillas) y se acabó el tiempo.
