Hola queridos amigos de #hive, feliz inicio de semana. Reciban un abrazo en especial todos los miembros de esta linda comunidad. Debido a unos largos meses de trabajo y estudio no he tenido el tiempo de pasar por este increíble ecosistema, pero hoy he decidido retomar nuevamente mi camino en #hive. Ya todo va mejorando y cada día estoy un poquito más desahoga con respecto al tiempo, aunque igualmente sigo trabajando día a día en proyectos personales que obviamente compartiré con ustedes más adelante.

Hello dear friends of #hive, happy beginning of the week. Receive a special hug to all the members of this beautiful community. Due to some long months of work and study I have not had the time to go through this incredible ecosystem, but today I have decided to resume my way again in #hive. Everything is getting better and every day I'm a little more relaxed about time, although I'm still working every day on personal projects that obviously I will share with you later.

Hoy vengo solo a presentar un pequeño video documental, por así decirle. Un vídeo hecho y dedicado a mi hermoso Estado Sucre.

Today I come just to present a small documentary video, so to speak. A video made and dedicated to my beautiful State of Sucre.

La creación de este audiovisual surge debido a una evaluación de la universidad, era el cierre de proyecto y mi grupo y yo teníamos que presentar algún producto desde nuestra área de estudio y este tenía que ser referente al Estado Sucre. Es por ello que mis compañeros y yo decidimos irnos a un lugar muy relevante de la ciudad de Cumaná, capital del Estado. Este lugar fue los coctelitos ubicado en la avenida perimetral de la ciudad mencionada anteriormente. Un lugar que la mayoría del tiempo atrae a muchas personas residentes y visitantes que disfrutan la preparación y los ricos vasitos llenos de sabor oriental.

The creation of this audiovisual arose due to an evaluation of the university, it was the closing of the project and my group and I had to present a product from our area of study and this had to be related to the State of Sucre. That is why my colleagues and I decided to go to a very relevant place in the city of Cumaná, capital of the state. This place was Los Coctelitos, located on the perimeter avenue of the aforementioned city. A place that most of the time attracts many residents and visitors who enjoy the preparation and the rich little glasses full of oriental flavor.

Los coctelitos son una preparación de mariscos y moluscos del mar, estos son preparados a base de limón, con aliños, picantes y salsas. En la ciudad de Cumaná, Estado - Sucre, Venezuela. En la avenida perimetral, justo en la esquina de “La negra” mi grupo y yo fuimos atendidos por su dueña, una agradable señora que por más de 30 años a estado sirviendo a todo aquel que se acerca a degustar estos ricos coctelitos.

The coctelitos are a preparation of seafood and mollusks from the sea, these are prepared with lemon, seasoning, spices and sauces. In the city of Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela. In the perimetral avenue, just in the corner of "La Negra" my group and I were attended by its owner, a nice lady who for more than 30 years has been serving to everyone who comes to taste these delicious cocktails.

Sin más que agregar, espero que disfruten de este audiovisual y que de igual manera disfruten de esta experiencia culinaria del oriente venezolano. Aunque nada es mejor que probarlos.
