Afritunes Week 173: Cover of Joromi By Utymarvel

Hey famz and friends, it's week 73 of the Afritunes Community contest. It's a privilege to be on your screens again. I had to beat everything just to make it here and I'm happy.

My choice of song for this week is Joromi. I decided to try secular music this week, so I hopped onto the song Joromi by one of the best female musicians in Nigeria, Simi.

Joromi is a love song that was produced in the year 2017. According to the video, Simi tries every means possible to capture the heart of the new guy he found. She goes ahead to drop her purse and card in his car so that he could find his way back to him. Crazy right! The extent to which people go because of love. I just loved the fact that she was so bold to shoot her shot, something girls don't easily do. Wooing a bobo no be moi-moi but then he fell for it at last.
