How should a single Christian woman live her life?

Apostle Paul observed that unmarried people have more time to themselves than married ones. 1Cor. 7:32-33 says "...He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord." A Christian that is single uses his time to care for the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord. This is unlike the married one who cares for the things of the world, how he may please his wife.

In verse 34, he observed that the unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord that she may be holy both in body and in spirit... This means there is a distraction in marriage that may reduce the attention one gives to the things of God.

The best advice to a single fellow is to live his or her life in such a way as to please the Lord.

Jesus, as an example did not marry. Even Apostle Paul did not marry. They spent a lot of time serving God and humanity. A single person does not have the distractions associated with marriage. And so, he or she serves the Lord and other people the more.
