Publiqué hace poco temas de la banda Gun's and Roses y la verdad me quedo el gusto, es increíble lo contagiosa que puede llegar a ser una banda y sus canciones. Para los amantes del rock está banda no necesita mucha presentación pues fue una banda que puso el mundo de cabeza en los años 90.

La semana pasada estuve escuchando el tema "Sweet Child O' Mine" del álbum Appetite for Destruction, lanzado en el año 1987 y decidí grabar los dos primeros solos de esta canción, luego dije: intentaré tocar los tres primeros solos, posteriormente dije: mejor intento aprenderme los cuatro (risas). Y bueno, así fue decidí ponerme "dedos a la obra" y luchar contra estos solos más que todo contra el último que fue el que más me costó la verdad.

I recently published songs from the band Gun's and Roses and the truth is I'm left with the pleasure, it's incredible how contagious a band and their songs can be. For rock lovers, this band does not need much introduction because it was a band that turned the world upside down in the 90s.

Last week I was listening to the song "Sweet Child O' Mine" from the album Appetite for Destruction, released in 1987 and I decided to record the first two solos of this song, then I said: I'll try to play the first three solos, later I said: better I try to learn all four (laughs). And well, that's how I decided to put my "fingers to work" and fight against these alone, more than anything against the last one that was the one that cost me the most.

Sweet Child O' Mine es un tema muy fresco; no tiene secretos. Los solos bien melódicos muy acordes al tema como tal.

Para el último solo Slash, guitarrista de la banda, usa un pedal Wah Wah, yo nunca he tocado con este tipo de pedales, un poco porque no es mi estilo, siempre me he inclinado por lo más "standard"; solo distorsión.

Entonces revisando en mi multiefectos, un zoom 505II que es prácticamente una reliquia (risas) hallé un sonido similar y con ese fue que me atreví a grabar este último solo.

Estoy consciente que los equipos que tengo no son los mejores, pero bueno, es lo que hay amigos.

Sweet Child O' Mine is a very fresh track; it has no secrets. The very melodic solos are very consistent with the theme as such.

For the last solo, Slash, the band's guitarist, uses a Wah Wah pedal, I've never played with this type of pedal, a bit because it's not my style, I've always leaned towards the more "standard"; just distortion.

So looking at my multi-effects, a 505II zoom that is practically a relic (laughs) I found a similar sound and that was the reason why I dared to record this last solo.

I am aware that the teams I have are not the best, but hey, it is what there are friends.

Hay una característica que tengo y es que soy muy terco, lo tengo que reconocer, puede ser un defecto pero sin duda eso me ha llevado a seguir haciendo música con lo mínimo necesario.
Amo la música y me gusta compartirla, eso para mí es lo más importante.
