Hello everyone!

Today I'm quite happy to bring you a post about such a mythical and legendary game for me: Geometry Dash.

The last time I played Geometry Dash was quite a few months ago and I stopped playing it not because I stopped liking the game, just for some reason my computer started having problems running it. For some reason I constantly have some small FPS drops (which don't last more than 1-2 seconds, but are crucial when playing advanced difficulty levels like demons), so I've been trying to solve the problem since before I moved to Venezuela again... with no results yet.

Previously the problem was much more noticeable and happened constantly, so I've been playing with the settings until I got to what has been the most optimal configuration so far. I have been able to play and I also managed to complete a Demon that I had seen many months ago and today I decided to complete it.

BlooDrop is a map that I knew a long time ago and never took the time to appreciate it properly. I remembered it thanks to Facebook memories, as these simply remind you of things you shared on the same date in years past. When I watched this video again (I remember watching it from WinterGD, a youtuber who also constantly uploads content on Facebook), I totally fell in love because of the song. I feel like it blends TOO WELL with the map and the whole setting makes it seem like a pretty intimidating level at first.

It's a level that can be quite confusing at first. I spent quite a long time trying to practice the wave part since it is the most relevant in this level (since there is the drop of the song there), but since I'm quite rusty I started to suffer with the parts I hadn't practiced, and while I started practicing another part, I started to suffer with others and vice versa. It was quite a headache as I expected to complete the level at 1 pm, and ended up completing it at 2:02 XD.

With the long awaited 2.2 just around the corner, I think there's no better time to start playing it again (I hope it finally comes out this year). Despite being a pretty difficult game, I enjoy playing Geometry Dash in a way that is impossible to explain as completing these levels and then watching a video of the awesomeness you just did is beyond description haha.

I'm pretty excited to see what 2.2 will bring, I feel that the whole GD community is hype (and incredibly also people who don't play this game know how much the game will change once this update comes out). Just be patient and enjoy the maps that are currently out there, as the revolution that is coming soon will be on another level haha.

Hoy estoy bastante feliz de poder traerles un post de un juego tan mítico y legendario para mí: Geometry Dash.

La última vez que jugué Geometry Dash fue hace bastantes meses y dejé de hacerlo no porque el juego dejara de gustarme, simplemente por algún motivo mi computadora comenzó a tener problemas para correrlo. Por algún motivo constantemente tengo unos pequeños "drops" de FPS (que no duran más de 1-2 segundos, pero son cruciales cuando juegas niveles de dificultad avanzada como los demons), así que he estado sfuriendo intentando resolver el problema desde antes de mudarme a Venezuela de nuevo.. sin tener resultados aún.

Anteriormente el problema era muchísimo más notorio y ocurría constantemente, así que he estado jugando con las configuraciones hasta llegar a lo que ha sido la configuración más óptima hasta ahora. He podido jugar y también logré completar un Demon que había visto hace muchísimos meses y hoy me animé a completarlo.

BlooDrop es un mapa que conocí hace muchísimo tiempo y jamás me tomé el tiempo para apreciarlo como fue debido. Lo recordé gracias a los recuerdos de Facebook, ya que estos simplemente te recuerdan las cosas que compartiste en la misma fecha en años pasados. Cuando vi este video de nuevo (recuerdo haberlo visto de WinterGD, un youtuber que también sube contenido constantemente en Facebook), me enamoré totalmente por la canción. Siento que combina DEMASIADO BIEN con el mapa y toda la ambientación lo hace parecer un nivel bastante intimidante al principio.

Es un nivel que puede ser bastante confuso al principio. Pasé un rato bastante largo intentando practicar la parte de la wave ya que es la más relevante en este nivel (puesto que allí está el drop de la canción), pero ya que estoy bastante oxidado comenzaba a sufrir con las partes que no había practicado, y mientras comenzaba a practicar otra parte, comenzaba a sufrir con otras y viceversa. Fue un dolor de cabeza bastante grande ya que esperaba completar el nivel a la 1 pm, y terminé completándolo a las 2:02 XD.

Con la tan esperada 2.2 a la vuelta de la esquina, creo que no hay mejor momento para comenzar a jugar de vuelta (espero que salga este año por fin). A pesar de ser un juego bastante difícil, disfruto jugar Geometry Dash de una manera imposible de explicar ya que completar estos niveles y luego ver en video la genialidad que acabas de hacer no tiene descripción alguna haha.

Estoy bastante emocionado por ver lo que traerá la 2.2, siento que toda la comunidad de GD está hypeada (e increíblemente también personas que no juegan esto saben qué tanto va a cambiar el juego una vez salga esta actualización). Simplemente queda ser paciente y disfrutar de los mapas que actualmente están por allí, ya que la revolución que se vendrá pronto estará a otro nivel haha.
