My First Boxing Class Experience

Hello my dear friends...
Do you like to work out? Do you do boxing or muaythai? I've heard about them all for a long long time but i've never ever taken any interest in that. Whats so interesting about those type of work out? Maybe because i've tried Taekwondo for years when i was in junior high to senior high school. So, when i look for sport to do i will try to find something totally different than that. I do that because i want to get as many different experience as i can especially when i am still young and fit enough to do that.

Now i changed my mind because of this one class i took on my gym. Its a Boxing and TRX class by coach Harry. The class is so fun and i feel a great adrenaline rush whenever i punch and kick the object. It makes something that used to hid deep inside of me awaken. I feel alive and present more than any times recently in my life. I think that its to the point of addiction. Even in this moment after a day passed from the class, i still thinking anout it. I've missed it and i just cant wait for next week to be able to do it again. Other strange things are that i am considering to actually asked my husband to put me in a private muay thai class. I will not do that for now since i am busy with all the routine and class that i have now but i am so close on doing that.
