Ingredient

• 1 whole plantain flower
• 500 grams of shrimp
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons garlic paste
• 1 tablespoon ginger paste
• 1 tablespoon cumin paste
• 4 white and black cardamoms
• 7-8 green chilli powder
• 3 tablespoons salt
• Turmeric powder like quantity
• 1/2 cup lentils
• 2-3 gourd vegetable
