¡Hola a todos! Me gustan mucho los videojuegos, pero debido a mis trabajos, se me hace algo difícil dedicarles mucho tiempo. Tampoco soy experta en ello, por lo que juego exclusivamente por entretenimiento 😊 En fin, me han salido últimamente muchas recomendaciones de juegos en publicidades y como necesitaba una excusa para echarles un vistazo a esos juegos, he decidido hacer estas publicaciones.

Hi everyone! I really like video games, but because of my jobs, I find it somewhat difficult to dedicate a lot of time to them. I'm not an expert on it either, so I play exclusively for entertainment 😊 Anyway, I have recently had a lot of recommendations for games in advertisements and since I needed an excuse to take a look at those games, I decided to make these posts.

Para el primero de esta serie de juegos, decidí escoger a uno que trata sobre una salón de manicura, más que nada porque personalmente a mi me gustan mucho las decoraciones de uñas en la vida real je je el juego es bastante sencillo y comienza casi de inmediato. Estás en tu salón de belleza y de pronto te llega un cliente con las especificaciones de lo que desea.

For the first of this series of games, I decided to choose one that is about a nail salon, more than anything because personally I really like nail decorations in real life hehe the game is quite simple and it starts almost from righ now. You are in your beauty salon and suddenly a client arrives with the specifications of what they want.

Primero que nada comienzas preparando la zona de trabajo (la uña), realizando cada una de las acciones que el juego te muestra. Es fácil realizar cada paso, aunque, a mí parecer, hay algunas acciones que son un poco molestas de hacer con el táctil del teléfono (o quizás yo no lo sé hacer ja ja).

First of all, you start by preparing the work area (the nail), performing each of the actions that the game shows you. It is easy to perform each step, although, in my opinion, there are some actions that are a bit annoying to do with the touch of the phone (or maybe I do not know how to do it ha ha).

Para mí, la parte más estresante es colocar el gel. Se supone que haciendo un movimiento como el que sale en la pantalla, la acción te saldrá perfecta. En mi caso es donde más sufro.

For me, the most stressful part is putting the gel on. It is assumed that by making a movement like the one that appears on the screen, the action will be perfect. In my case it is where I suffer the most.

Luego de haber colocado el gel deberás limar la uña, para eliminar el exceso o para darle la forma que el cliente haya pedido (cuadrada o puntiaguda). Para así proceder a la decoración.

After you have placed the gel, you must file the nail, to remove the excess or to give it the shape that the client has requested (square or pointed). In order to proceed to the decoration.

En cuanto a la decoración, está bastante variada. Aparte de la utilización de colores base, puedes escoger entre el uso de plantillas, piedras o figuras en 3D, entre otras técnicas, por lo que la decoración queda a tu imaginación.

As for the decoration, it is quite varied. Apart from the use of base colors, you can choose between the use of templates, stones or 3D figures, among other techniques, so that the decoration is left to your imagination.

Y listo, terminado tu trabajo, recibes tu calificación y monetización y viene una siguiente cliente. Básicamente ese es todo el juego y está bien, lo veo como una excelente herramienta para despertar un poco tu imaginación con el uso de los colores y su combinación, podría usarse como una herramienta útil si tienes pensado volverte manicurista. Una de las cosas que me gustó, es que a pesar de que los clientes tienen la exigencia de lo que quieren, tú tienes la libertad de seguir o no, esas recomendaciones, lo cual no afecta del todo tu puntuación al final. Puedes hacer un trabajo original, opuesto a lo que pedía el cliente y obtener una buena calificación. Aparte de que puedes desbloquear diferentes herramientas y decoraciones, ya sea a medida que vayas ganando punto o simplemente viendo publicidad.

And voila, finished your work, you receive your qualification and monetization and a next client comes. Basically that's the whole game and that's fine, I see it as an excellent tool to spark your imagination a bit with the use of colors and their combination, it could be used as a useful tool if you plan to become a manicurist. One of the things that I liked is that even though customers have the demands of what they want, you have the freedom to follow these recommendations or not, which does not affect your score at all in the end. You can do an original work, opposite to what the client asked for and get a good grade. Apart from the fact that you can unlock different tools and decorations, either as you earn points or simply by watching advertising.

También tiene una galería en el cual puedes ver todos los trabajos que has realizado a lo largo del juego. Ahora que lo pienso, es una buena forma de probar una combinación que tienes en mente y ver como se ve. Además, si alguna decoración que hiciste te gustó, podrías aplicarla luego en tus uñas reales tras echarle un vistazo en la galería (al menos la que involucran sólo el uso de esmalte).

It also has a gallery where you can see all the work you have done throughout the game. Now that I think about it, it's a great way to test out a combination you have in mind and see what it looks like. Also, if you liked some decoration you made, you could apply it later on your real nails after taking a look in the gallery (at least the one that involves only the use of polish).

En conclusión, es un juego entretenido, al menos si te gusta estos temas de pintarse las uñas. Ofrece gran variedad de estilos y libertad de decoración. Lo malo es que suele pegarse mucho, sobre todo en teléfonos de gama baja. En mi teléfono no se pegaba, pero en el de mi hermana era horrible la movilidad, lo que hace que te estreses en una tontería. Otro punto negativo es la cantidad masiva de publicidad presente en el juego, lo que prácticamente suele ocurrir en cada elección que hagas y te cansas al punto de cerrar la aplicación. Quitando eso, es disfrutable, seas chico o chica, eso no importa. Es cuestión de estilo y diseño.

In conclusion, it is an entertaining game, at least if you like these nail painting themes. It offers a wide variety of styles and freedom of decoration. The downside is that it tends to stick a lot, especially on low-end phones. On my phone it didn't stick, but on my sister's the mobility was horrible, which makes you stress out silly. Another negative point is the massive amount of advertising present in the game, which practically usually happens in every choice you make and you get tired to the point of closing the application. Apart from that, it is enjoyable, whether you are a boy or a girl, that does not matter. It is a matter of style and design.
