Hive Open Mic Week 126 - Birdy From Pamungkas (Cover) by Samuel and Frans

Hi dear friends, I am Samuel and my friend Frans is back at the weekly Hive #openmic event which has entered its 126th week with the theme "Trusting in the Process" which was chosen by our friend @artmedina. This is a great theme for the week this is because we will be performing a cover of a song called “Birdy” by a great solo singer from my country, namely “Pamungkas”.

I agree with the words from Trusting in the Process, because, whatever we want to achieve, we have to go through a long process and time. I believe that nothing is instant in this world. Sometimes, when we want to reach our goals, doubts arise in our hearts. It makes us reluctant to go through the process to reach our goals. Many do not realize that life is not about winning or losing. The most important thing in life is the process. Trust in the process we are currently going through. Whatever is rightfully ours, will surely be ours. But there must be a process that must be followed.

Btw, A song we're playing for this week is called Birdy. This song tells about the spirit of the songwriter who was once lost due to many obstacles but rose again because of determination in his heart and some people always encourage him so that now he can become successful. Birdy's song sounds sweet with simple lyrics. This song also reminds us all to be patient and hold our egos in order not to destroy the careers that we have built so far.
