¡Saludos, amigos de la comunidad de Hive Aragua! Es un placer publicar por primera vez en esta vitrina que busca la promoción de la plataforma de Hive en nuestro hermoso estado y más allá de sus fronteras. En esta ocasión deseo compartir con ustedes un poco de lo que fue mi participación en el evento Music and Web3 realizado bajo la coordinación de las comunidades Sound Music y Hive Arte y que tuvo lugar en el C.C. Maracay Plaza de nuestra entidad aragüena.

El pasado jueves 5 de Octubre tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir juntos a otros Hivers y también con personas que estaban interesadas en iniciarse en este maravilloso mundo de la Web 3. El evento estaba pautado pata comenzar entre 1 y 2 pm, y a pesar de que se presentaron algunos inconvenientes con la energía eléctrica a nivel de toda cuidad, nada detuvo el desarrollo de este conversatorio.

Greetings, friends of the Hive Aragua community! It’s a pleasure to post for the first time in this showcase that seeks to promote the Hive platform in our beautiful state and beyond its borders. On this occasion I want to share with you a little of what was my participation in the Music and Web3 event held under the coordination of the Sound Music and Hive Arte communities and that took place in the Maracay Plaza Shopping Center in our state of Aragua.

Last Thursday October 5 we had the opportunity to share together with other Hivers and also with people who were interested in getting started in this wonderful world of Web 3. The event was scheduled to begin between 1 and 2 pm, and although there were some problems with the power supply throughout the city, nothing stopped the development of this conversation.

La actividad inicio con palabras de nuestra amiga y reconocida Hiver Aragueña @yolimarag, quien es la moderadora de la comunidad Jewelry y cuenta con mucha experiencia en esta plataforma; quién mejor que ella para explicar de forma sencilla y concisa a los futuros y potenciales usuarios de la blockchain cómo era el funcionamiento de la misma y muchos datos de interés.

The activity began with words from our friend and renowned Hiver Aragueña @yolimarag, who is the moderator of the Jewelry community and has a lot of experience in this platform; who better than her to explain in a simple and concise way to future and potential users of the blockchain how it worked and many interesting facts.

Posteriormente los anfitriones de las comunidades de Sound Music @daniel2001 y de Hive Arte @stefy.music contaron sus experiencias en los diferentes nichos en los que hacen vida y dando algunas recomendaciones a los presentes, facilitando la información básica necesaria a la hora de iniciarse en Hive.

Later, the hosts of the communities Sound Music @daniel2001 and Hive Arte @stefy.music told their experiences in the different niches in which they make life and gave some recommendations to those present, providing the basic information necessary when starting in Hive.

Luego de algunas intervenciones de parte de algunos usuarios experimentados, que fueron de gran ayuda para los fines del conversatorio, me tocó dar mi testimonio de los 4 años que llevo en la blockchain y aproveché para aconsejar a los usuarios a resguardar bien sus contraseñas para que no pasen por malos ratos y hacer conciencia del riesgo que implica mantenerlas guardadas en correos electrónicos y que de esa manera hackeen sus cuentas, cosa que una vez me sucedió.

After some interventions from some experienced users, which were of great help for the purposes of the conversation, I had to give my testimony of the 4 years I have been in the blockchain and I took the opportunity to advise users to keep their passwords safe so they don’t go through bad times and make them aware of the risk involved in keeping them stored in electronic mails and thus have their accounts hacked, which once happened to me.

Posterior a las charlas continuamos con una presentación musical breve pero amena por parte de mi persona en colaboración @maitt87, en la cual interpretamos 2 temas emblemáticos del folclore venezolano. Por último pero no menos importante se prestó la colaboración a los nuevos usuarios, indicándoles cómo suscribirse y utilizar la web de Hive y sus diversas Dapps.

After the talks we continued with a brief but enjoyable musical presentation by myself in collaboration with @maitt87, in which we interpreted 2 emblematic themes of Venezuelan folklore. Last but not least, new users were given the opportunity to learn how to subscribe and use the Hive website and its various Dapps.

No podían faltar los suvenires y premios por parte de los organizadores y un refrigerio final. Puedo decir que me sentí complacida de haber participado en este evento que tenía el fin de dar a conocer la plataforma de Hive a nivel local.

Les dejo un video con una de las piezas musicales mostradas en el conversatorio; se trata de Luna de Margarita, del querido y recordado cantautor venezolano Simón Díaz, como parte de la exaltación de la cultura de nuestro país. No me queda más que despedirme, agradeciendo su compañía y esperando dirigirme a ustedes en una pronta oportunidad con más experiencias relacionadas con la web3 en nuestro amado estado Aragua.

Souvenirs and prizes by the organizers were not missing, as well as a final snack. I can say that I was pleased to have participated in this event that had the purpose of promoting the Hive platform at a local level.
