Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a super good routine with only push-ups, it should be noted that this routine is for intermediate level people, it has some exercises that are somewhat difficult to master.
Haremos como primer ejercicio las flexiones normales, luego haremos sin descansar flexiones diamantes y luego haremos flexiones a dedos abierta, esto sera un super set y luego de esto pararemos y luego haremos flexiones indu y terminaremos con flexiones supinas.
We will do normal push-ups as a first exercise, then we will do diamond push-ups without resting and then we will do open finger push-ups, this will be a super set and after this we will stop and then we will do indu push-ups and finish with supine push-ups.
