Saludos, estimados hivers. En la plataforma me conocen como @ramisey, estoy aquí hace más de dos años y ahora deseo pertenecer a la comunidad Full Deportes. Las diferentes circunstancias que me han tocado vivir en los últimos meses me han llevado por el sedentarismo, lo cual no es saludable, por ello, ya he empezado a realizar caminatas y rutinas de ejercicios para activarme. Mente y cuerpo deben estar en equilibrio para la creación de contenido, me apasiona escribir y lo hago de forma creativa desde la infancia. Sin embargo, el universo audiovisual también me ha brindado calidez entre sus brazos. Soy una entusiasta aprendiz.

Greetings, dear hivers. On the platform I am known as @ramisey, I have been here for more than two years and now I want to belong to the Full Deportes community. The different circumstances that I have had to live in recent months have led me to be sedentary, which is not healthy, therefore, I have already started to take walks and exercise routines to activate me. Mind and body must be in balance for the creation of content, I am passionate about writing and I do it creatively since childhood. However, the audiovisual universe has also given me warmth in its arms. I am an enthusiastic learner.

Confieso que soy principiante en el diseño de rutinas, pero sé que el estudio, la constancia, el esfuerzo y la determinación me llevarán por el camino adecuado para alcanzar mis metas. Trato de ser realista y plantearme entrenamientos que pueda llevar a cabo. Quiero que la actividad física forme parte de mi cotidianidad y tengo la certeza que aquí voy a encontrar mucha motivación. Vine a esta comunidad a aprender, tengo la mejor disposición para ello. También deseo compartir mis opiniones e impresiones sobre el béisbol y el fútbol. Quizás más adelante se puedan anexar otras disciplinas deportivas.

I confess that I am a beginner in designing routines, but I know that study, perseverance, effort and determination will lead me on the right path to reach my goals. I try to be realistic and set myself workouts that I can carry out. I want physical activity to be part of my daily life and I am certain that I will find a lot of motivation here. I came to this community to learn, I have the best disposition for it. I also want to share my opinions and impressions about baseball and soccer. Perhaps later on, other sports disciplines can be added.

Los invito a observar el video, lo realicé con mucho cariño para ustedes, decidí visitar el Parque Guaqueri de la ciudad de Cumaná para tener un escenario distinto al de la casa. El entrenamiento resulta mucho más inspirador si se está en contacto con la naturaleza. Sigo retándome para ser cada día mejor, las grandes transformaciones ocurren cuando se gestan con convicción.

I invite you to watch the video, I made it with much affection for you, I decided to visit the Guaqueri Park in the city of Cumaná to have a different scenario than at home. The training is much more inspiring if you are in contact with nature. I continue to challenge myself to be better every day, great transformations happen when they are conceived with conviction.
