Double boss episode! I was surprised to find out that we skipped out on a whole boss by simply taking a left turn instead of a right turn during an earlier episode. How about that? As we push through the park and into what seems like a library we encounter yet another boss. HOW ABOUT THAT?

I also take a huge step in increasing the difficulty of the game with the help of an effigy. I gotta say I did not expect this big of an increase in difficulty but I guess I just gotta live with it now. It does add some entertainment value in the the form of death and rage. I was able to contain my rage fairly well but if you don't like swearing then this isn't the episode for you.

The world is really starting to loop back on itself now. The more I explore the more I find alternative routes leading back to where I've been earlier. This episode sees us doing a bunch of that. I don't really know if we're progressing the game or not as I still don't know what out goal is apart from collecting data. It sort of feels like we're going in circles while at the same time discovering new places. It's a paradox to be sure.

PS! The DOOM episode posted yesterday contains audio with my new mic. The Hellpoint series was recorded with my old mic so you will have to live with that bad audio for the rest of this series.
