Greetings dear community of hivers who love physical activity and healthy living; It's been 1 month since I started with the routine of exercises and jogging in the mornings, I'm full of motivation to recover the physical condition I had in the past when I trained hard in the gym; although I am not interested in joining a gym, I prefer to train at home and go jogging to the park, some friends also decided to start with exercise routines and every afternoon we meet at one of their houses, there we have some improvised weights with which we are training; In this video I leave you a brief sample of the exercise routine that we do, more than anything we meet to share among friends. Saludos querida comunidad de hivers amantes de la actividad física y la vida sana; llevo 1 mes desde que comencé con la rutina de ejercicios y salidas a trotar en las mañanas, estoy lleno de motivación por recuperar la condición física que tenía en el pasado cuando entrenaba fuertemente en el gimnasio; aunque no estoy interesado en ingresar en un gimnasio, prefiero entrenar en mi casa y salir al parque a trotar, unos amigos también se animaron a comenzar con las rutinas de ejercicios y todas las tardes nos reunimos en casa de uno de ellos, allí tenemos unas pesas improvisadas con las que estamos entrenando; en este video les dejo una breve muestra de la rutina de ejercicios que realizamos, mas que nada nos reunimos para compartir entre amigos.
