Yes it's a fun day at kitchen to have a special Babycorn spoced with along with the green peppers and the slices of potatoes.
The story of baby-Corn. Babycorn is a luxury in our place and most of them qont even bother to cut them before they turn into a maze.
Papa is a school teacher and he works in village Govt schools. So while he returned from schools, he saw the corn field. But he had never seen how would that be right time to pluck them. He got 3 babyCorn from field. These were very less and it wont be sufficient for all our famile.
So we added capsicum ( peppers ) and potatoes

This was how the Babycorn became a mix veggies fry.
I must say, something direct from the farm and something from market has a lot lot of difference. It's better to buy from locals who get you directly from the farm and not from supermarkets or farmers market.
Will add more photographs and the little trick to turn them to a saucy and tasty Manchurian bites.
